The shop is a bit stall-like in the middle of the hallway in the shopping centre. The service is really good, very quick, and very attentive to what you're after. There's a very good selection, especially considering the size of the store. With flowers, it's the attention to detail that really sets one apart from the rest, and Sue's Flower Spot is excellent. Really recommend this place, especially if you've really annoyed your missus.

A friend visiting their home happened to be speaking to me about flowers there, so I discovered that my flowers never arrived! They'd been delivered to the wrong address (wrong suburb & wrong street). Then their driver couldn't recall where he'd delivered them! I had to drive all around the place looking for them. Eventually I found them and had to battle to get a refund cos they wanted to 're-deliver' them after they'd been in the sun on some stranger's doorstep all day. I was treated rudely and was given no apology. Never experienced anything like it before or since.

She was able to show me pictures of some previous arrangements she had done, which all looked great. I don't know much about flowers, and what is in season when. I liked that she didn't make me feel silly for asking what I thought were really basic questions about flowers. Her quote for my bouquet was very reasonable, within the top three from the ten shops I enquired to. I didn't end up going with this florist, so I cannot comment on the service, but I have since brought the odd bouquet. The flowers are always rich in colour and fragrance, and last for ages.

Took all of about ten minutes on a fairly busy day. As I mentioned, they also have gifts and soft toys, so if you're putting together a bit of a package of flowers and gifts, this is a good place to get everything. Good place.

I have seen this attempted in so many florists and where they have failed, this place has succeeded. The lady didn't even look up from her work at the counter when my Mum and I walked in and she most certainly didn't make any move to acknowledge us as we wandered around exclaiming in delight at all the gorgeous flowers and objects on offer. The pricing was average - some things were quite expensive and others were cheap. It was hard to tell what was a bargain and what was a rip-off. Otherwise, I totally loved the shop and will definitely be hitting it next time I need a nice gift or some flowers.
