Been going there for everything since I was a kid and can't imagine going anywhere else. My valentine's arrangement is still flourishing weeks later. I've brought several of their arrangements to my work for the front desk and get compliments all day. We don't live in the area but we went to dinner in the area... my boyfriend called them to have an arrangement sent to our table for dinner that night. It was absolutely gorgeous. The flowers colors were so bright and festive, it had many interesting textured leaves in it along with some curvy sticks... I absolutely loved it, people in the restaurant were commenting on it, the waitress even wished it was hers!! Will use them again and again. read more

Love this flower shop so much, have been here twice when I have been up in Massachusetts and have had great experiences both times. One was for flowers for my mom's birthday and the other was for looking for flower arrangements. But the owner is phenomenal extremely nice and wonderful to work with! I ordered flowers for my bosses birthday all staff was in attendance and when she read the card her name was spelled wrong i was extremely embarrassed and when i ordered them she said i could not pick anything special just tell her how much i want to spend and i said 50.00 when i checked my account they charged me 59.13 and never told me if the extra fee. I came into this store about a year ago with my grandmother's 90 year old Christmas Cactus which had outgrown its antique pot. I needed help or advice about how to save both the plant and the pot. The manager all but pushed me out the door, insisting that they didn't do things like that there, warning me to get the plant away from her stock. Apparently, she was worried that my grandmother's plant was infested with bugs or mites, which one quick glance would have proved was an unfounded fear. Shocked by her incredibly unprofessional attitude, I went home and then called a florist in Oxford who was happy to oblige my problem. My old plant is now flourishing, no thanks to the Flower Garden in Webster. I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. read more
