Hi Laura. Thanks for your reply. To start with, I NEVER asked for a free orchid or anything of the sort. I asked for honestly and professionalism. I invited you to come back to our home to see the planter and the box (and your office address is not very far from our home - but it is a duplex and if that is where you are running your business from, I'm not even sure that it is legal to run a business out of a duplex/home in Overland Park, KS)??? The fact that you refused to come back to see the facts (and if you believed what you said, than to prove me wrong) tells me that you know the truth but didn't want to face it. Regardless, I am attaching a picture of the type orchid you delivered and although some of the flowers do curve over, they do not all, nor do the stems and our pictures clearly show that the flowers were all snapped and broken by you. Like I said before, there was no frost and the flowers were not damaged by the cold, they were destroyed by you. You commented that it looked like the flowers had been left there for days - as I clearly said in my email, we returned the next morning from our lake house at the Ozarks so it was less than 15 hours after you placed the flowers in the box. I can prove that on my ring that shows all activity - blaming me or making up non-truths doesn't seem very professional to me, does it to you? Sam's Club has beautiful orchids right now for under $15 so if I wanted a replacement, I could easily afford to replace the flower. That wasn't the issue, I just asked for honestly and owning the mistake. If we had ruined those flowers, we would own it and understand our error. I have way more important things in life to worry about than your flower delivery. I just am a firm believer in reviews and wanted others to know my truthful experience here and the way it was (or actually wasn't) handled by you. I wanted to post on your company website but it appears that customers can't post there themselves so you must be the one posting them there. Kim made absolutely BEAUTIFUL bouquets for my daughter's June wedding. We requested purple roses and Kim picked the most fragrant and gorgeous roses to make the bride's bouquet. For the bridesmaid's we requested something simple since this was a very small wedding but Kim wanted it to feel special all the way around. She made beautiful bouquets for the bridesmaids as well. We had a very small family wedding, but there was nothing small about the lovely flowers the bridal party carried and that adorned the table at the small reception. I highly recommend KC Flower Farm.
