Let me provide a little back story: I was looking to have flowers delivered to a hotel at which I would be staying. My party was checking in on Australia Day (observed), of which I was unaware. Instead of ordering through the site, I worked directly with Alicia to ensure some of the native flowers were still available and, despite being at the end of the season, Flowers on Sorrento had plenty of beautiful protea and birds of paradise. Alicia made a beautiful arrangement and kept me abreast of any changes that were necessary (a square vessel instead of rectangular). She even delivered on the observed holiday!
