So the Flower Patch is a little pricy.... But, you get what you pay for. Short story, I screwed up an online order and scheduled it for the wrong day (the next day). I made the order at 200pm hoping I could get a rush delivery sent out that same day. Well, after I received the electronic receipt I noticed it was scheduled for the following day.... I panicked and called them, I explained my situation, they laughed at me, and corrected the order and made a last minute delivery that same day! Customer service is well worth it alone. A week before Mothers Day, online, we ordered flowers for our mom in bountiful, to be delivered by noon the Saturday before Mother's Day. I received a confirmation email with my mom's correct address. Today, I received an email that the flowers couldn't be delivered. When I called, the VERY unpleasant Jalesha told I put in the address wrong. I offered to send her a copy of the email, but she wasn't interested. The flowers were beautiful, and both the boutonniere and corsage lasted well through the dance. However, the wrist band for my corsage was much too large for my wrist, and my date's mother had to pin it with a safety pin to keep it from falling off. My daughter is allergic to flowers. But I still wanted to get her a wrist corsage for the prom since she was going with her girlfriends. I stopped into the Flower Patch. Sadly I found out they do not sell artificial ones anymore. BUT.....the clerk told me if I bought my own silk flower they would make one for me. I went to Michael's Craft store bought one and returned to the store. They can even make it the same day. But I wanted to come back in a few days. Oh my goodness......they did an amazing job. When I picked it up...it brought a tear to my eye....I was so happy. The Flower Patch is so awesome. All the people who work there are truly fantastic. On the day of the prom.....I presented the corsage to my daughter. We had a good emotional cry. She is so special and the look on her face made me speechless. That you to Flower Patch!!!!! I ordered two boutanierres for my daughters for prom. They were both wrong when I picked them up. I never got angry and was very polite but I was insistent that I get what I had ordered. The employee went into another room and very loudly vented about my order. She came back out and dramatically ripped the flower out of one arrangement and threw it across the room. They were very busy and had a huge line waiting, so I ended up with two altered boutanierres that were still wrong, but just decided to take them anyway. They weren't even the color I had ordered. The gal behind me received her order wrong too. The ladies making arrangements in the corner were both making grumpy comments. I'm giving them 2 stars for the one pleasant employee behind the counter who seemed mortified by it all. I realize school dance days are stressful, but you've got to act professionally. The Flower Patch sends spam every 2 or 3 days. It refuses to remove email addresses from its mailing list. Flower Patch requested my email address to complete a phone order. Now, it sends me email every 2 or 3 days. On 08 April 2017, I emailed Flower Patch, requesting that it remove me from its email list. On 10 April 2017, it refused to do so. It reported that "you did give us your email when you placed an order that we save in our system." I encourage you to avoid this establishment. read more

They didn't disappoint! They called me shortly after I placed the order to confirm that they knew the funeral time and had set the delivery time to ensure arrival prior to the service. I would give the Flower Patch in Bountiful zero stars if I could. Please do yourself a favor and go else where. I ordered a boutonniere on a Tuesday. When I went to pick it up on Saturday they didn't have it. They claimed they couldn't process my credit card payment. While STILL IN THE STORE I pulled up my credit card statement to see if I had been charged. Not only had they charged me, but they charged my card. THREE TIMES. I even showed them. They refused to refund my money claiming that no charges were made. I have spent two weeks fighting the charges. The person in the accounts department was the worst. She proceeded to tell me how much time SHE had spent dealing with this issue. I verified with the credit card company that they charges had posted and they had taken the money. Needless to say I have spent countless hours fighting with Flower Patch and have do file a dispute with my credit card company. read more

I do NOT recommend ordering your wedding day flowers from the Bountiful Flower Patch. My daughter and I had a lengthy, detailed consultation with the manager, Sharon. We brought color swatches to show her our color scheme for the reception, which was light pink & mint, as well as brought many pictures to show her what we had in mind. On the day of my daughter's wedding, more than 1/2 of our flowers were the wrong color (dark pink instead of light pink) or were wilted. The delivery person told us that we would just need to 'spritz the flowers with water and they should perk up'. When I called to let the manager know that despite having a consultation with her, a couple of phone conversations and finally paying quite a bit for all of our wedding day flowers, a good part of our order was WRONG. She said she didn't know why I would get upset about a different color of pink (they also used a weird mauve colored filler flower and green leaves in the centerpieces which totally clashed with our decor) or the fact that some of the flowers were wilted when they were dropped off. A couple of our bridesmaid's bouquets fell apart after only an hour of holding them in the ceremony. When I finally got a hold of Sharon, the store manager, she was not apologetic at all. She was actually quite defensive and said that even though when she went back and re-read what I had actually ordered and what was actually delivered was in fact different, all she would be willing to do for us was to offer an in-store credit. As if I would want to purchase ANYTHING from her store again after the way my daughter's wedding flowers were handled. Very poor customer service, to say the least. I asked if I could talk to the owner and she just gave me an email and said there wasn't a number she could give me to speak to him on the phone. We have purchased flowers from this establishment on many occasions, but would not recommend them after this experience. Very sad!! read more
