I was glad that one hour before the service, I received an e-mail to advise that my flowers had been delivered. I also received e-mails along the way to advise that my order was being processed the day before, and I also received my receipt right away. If I need remote delivery again, I won't hesitate to use them again.

They don't tell you that if you live outside of x range they ship it through a regular postal service. We live in kitchener and received flowers from DHL. No big deal, I'm sure it's economical for them... Considering they didn't ship our flowers with any kind of water source in over 30 degree weather inside a box with no air vents. Yeah they warn that the flowers will be thirsty. NO KIDDING! If you leave flowers out of water for a whole day and ship them in a non-refrigerated vehicle in the depth of summer they'll be thirsty? Weird. The flowers we ordered were white roses, baby's breath, star of Bethlehem, and myrtle. Thinking I can perk them back up I put them immediately in water in the basement bathroom, away from anything (no breeze/drafts) and in cool temperature. Nope. By the time we tried to use them for our ceremony the heads were bent and falling off. The star of Bethlehem never bloomed, and myrtle was half bald, and the baby's breath had started to brown. I did my best, but did they really do theirs when they shipped them? We were gifted replacements from my parents (from Costco) because they were so dissapointed at the lack of communication and we couldn't afford anything else. But because everything is in the middle of a pandemic and was done in a rush we didn't take pictures of our garbage flowers, and because we trusted the quality that they could be revived we didn't ask for a credit in time (within 12hours of receiving them) and were denied. We emailed the person who contacted us about an original miscommunication 2 separate times about this matter and got nothing back. Then a few days ago we were asked to make a review so here it is. Would not recommend. EVER!

I was recently gifted not one, but two bouquets, and ironically, although they were ordered from…read moredifferent cities, both came from Beaudry in Trainyards. In fact, on the second delivery, the driver said, "it's me again!" LOL Both lovely bouquets had tea roses, gerberas, and one had lilies, both with some greenery. One was in a basket with sponges supporting the blooms, and the other was in a blue glass vase. The flowers were not highly scented. I found the one with sponges hard to water as it doesn't seem absorbent. They recommend cutting 2 inches off each bloom every second day. All this to say I was very happy to receive the flowers; they really cheered me up.

Stoneblossom Floral Gallery is not just a florist, but truly a art gallery! I needed flowers for my…read moregrandmother's funeral, and was given very specific instructions. The flowers had to fit in a small glass box, around the urn. I was served by Lynette, a true artist! She immediately called the funeral home to obtain the dimensions of the box and started sketching out desings with dimensions/ created a maquette of the box with a vase to replicate the urn. Lynette was able to provide us with ample visuals of what the arrangement would look like, and we were right to have full faith in her abilities because the final product was SPECTACULAR. My grandmother wanted a cascade of pink and white roses. Stoneblossom not only created two horseshoe arrangements to caress the urn, but a beautiful cascade of pink and white roses to top the box which is exactly what my grandmother would have wanted. We received multiple compliments from friends and family on how gorgeous the floral arrangements were.
