He went in several days ago, let them know his budget and placed an order. Imagine his surprise when he went to pick it up today and for his $30 he received a mini vase with FOUR flowers. What a huge rip off. Had he known that was what he would be getting he never would have ordered it. He ended up going to Costco to buy a real bouquet. I called the shop because the whole thing made me upset, the lady basically said they charge more because it's Valentine's Day and that they try to include premium flowers. It was to be a beautiful arrangement with 2 red candles, pine cones, and Christmas pines for a dinning room center piece. As you can see in the second picture, it was "NOTHING" like the picture. I get it at Christmas you run low on things but this was the ugliest floral arrangement I have ever seen. I showed my friend who purchased it and she was stunned and so disappointed I have done floral arrangements myself professionally but a first grader could do better. They are very helpful in selecting just the right plant or shrub. I found the prices to be on par with other nurseries around the valley. I particularly found the trees to be of excellent quality, and big for the price. I've bought shade and fruit trees from them and all of them are thriving in my yard. They also have a great selection of shade plants and a huge selection of potting flowers in the spring.
