After going over many web-sites i decided to order online (for my Mom's Birthday) a beautiful "Saturn" Arrangement...Description says approx 48 inches (give or take). BUYERS BEWARE YOU PAY SEVENTY EIGHT DOLLARS AND YOU GET A 24 INCH HIGH 5-6 INCH WIDE ARRANGEMENT!! Its B.S. !!! . Its half the size, less roses, less lillies, less filler, no basket (you get weeds) and looks puny..Ive been an LA yelper for years and Im a very fair person but to get half what you pay is wrong..My mom refused the order (she said it looked awful) The owner sent me a photo of the arrangement. This was silly because it was so not 48 inches (not even close) and the width was 5-6 inches! Her response was too bad.. I have to say I am thoroughly grateful to Janella at Pouparina. I wanted to send flowers for a funeral and being a couple of days after Hurricane Irma had passed most flower shops I was calling were closed. Janella was just opening up and made the exception because it was for a funeral. She told me that they had a limited supply of flowers and I left it to their discretion. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and was delivered perfectly on time. I would use them again and highly recommend them, if they did the arrangement with limited resources I can't imagine what they could do when they have a full supply. read more

A+++ I was thrilled with this florist. I hate FTD cookie cutter arrangements and was looking for something unique to have delivered to a friend in the hospital in Miami. I am from out of town and found this florist on the web. Loved the floral and fresh fruit arrangement/basket and called to order. They said they could not deliver until the next day as they had to go out and purchase fresh fruit (no problem there).
