After my valentines order was not delivered I called and was told it would be ready for pickup in 1 hour, after I arrive to pick up I still had to wait another hour because it still had not been started. The $20 box of chocolate that was ordered was not available and I was not refunded my $10 delivery fee or for the box of chocolate but was substituted with a $9 bag of candy. I entered the store today, THREE ladies and ONE gentlemen were behind the counter. The one women was with an in store customer, one was working with flowers in the back and the last lady was on the phone. The gentleman was just standing behind the counter. FINALLY the young lady who was working on the flowers came to assist me. She REALLY TRIED to help me but NOTHING was priced. She said we had to ask one of the other ladies the prices, they were on a paper and she was not allowed to access the paper. She really tried to help me but it seems like she was not given the tools to help me. She knew there was nothing she could help me with and it was obvious her hands were tied. The other lady got done with the customer and she was filing papers and moving a binder around. TOTALLY IGNORED ME!! The one lady was still on the phone. Not sure what the gentleman was doing?! Purchase your flowers somewhere else! My children sent me a sweet bouquet just to say they loved me. However, moments after the delivery the flowers were falling out of the right side of the arrangement. Upon inspection, I noticed that many of the flowers were not even pushed into the foam block. In fact, the stems were crushed and just sitting in the baby's breath. Even if the stems had stayed in the floral foam, they would not have been able to absorb any water. Eleven flowers fell out onto my coffee table along with bunches of baby's breath that had just been shoved into the arrangement. (See photographs.) When I called Flowers 'N Things and told them about the problem, the woman asked me what I did to cause the flowers to fall out! She said she made the arrangement herself and it was fine. After complaining some more, she agreed to remake the arrangement. They picked the arrangement up and returned it the next day. It was about half the size of the original arrangement and had huge bare spots in it! (See photographs.) I'm sure my kids paid a pretty penny for the flowers, but what I got was sub par! read more

Ordered a 200 dollar arrangement for my grandmothers funeral from the website. I was unable to attend, but family members told me that the arrangement was loaded with greenery, big spaces between the flowers, and the biggest insult was several artificial flowers stuck in for good measure. If they could not fill the order I should have been notified and given a choice of cancelling. Calls have not been satisfactory, just excuses are offered. my family, several live in the area will never uses this place again read more

Have never been more displeased. Ordered online before Valentines day for my mother. My father passed away 2 years ago and she lost her Valentine, so i try to take his place. I made my order and got a confirmation email back and the order never arrived. I thought maybe, i made the order to late for it to get there in time and would arrive the next day, but nothing. I call them and they tell me they don't deliver to Taylor County (the next town over). They said they cancelled the order because of this, but never even called my contact number back or email me, or anything.
