I went to pick up a corsage and boutonniere for my son's prom. My jeep started having problems and I was worried. She had her husband come out and diagnose it. He found that I blew my oil pressure regulator not only that he let me store it till the weekend. He also gave me a ride home and helped me tow it to my mechanics. These people are good, decent, honest folks and she's an amazing florist. She is someone you will want to keep in your phone for every flower occasion

I asked for the arrangement to include lilacs. They included lavender roses, purple and white lilacs and (unexpectedly) gorgeous fluted-ruffled lavender tulips. Everyone raved. We sent the flowers home with a "virtual grandma" who lives in Spokane. There was a small delivery hitch (my fault). We found that the restaurant would not yet be open at the time I specified. The lovely driver turned around, and came back at the right time. Perfect!!

I wrote instructions, attached a card to go along with them and they were never delivered. Not only that, it doesn't even show in my bank statements anymore as of today. Yesterday it still showed I had paid for them and the money was taken from my account. I'm assuming they reversed the transaction on their end or cancelled without saying anything. Now it's Saturday evening and no shops are open and they're all closed tomorrow. I'll give the benefit of the doubt that it was a system error but I even left my phone number....I would think someone would've called. I can't help but feel so sad that she won't be receiving beautiful flowers from my brother and I. If this was a system error- please look into this for the sake of your customers and the risk of ruining special moments.
