I normally drive all the way to Mississauga to do my laundry. I found a really nice clean place. However today I drove all the way to Mississauga and it was closed down. I decided to look for other options in the city I reside which normally is hopeless. I was so happy I stumbled across this place. Wish I had sooner. It's so clean and the washrooms are so clean and the machines are very nice and the prices were acceptable. The man working at this location is very nice and a hard worker he is continuously cleaning the whole time I was there along with all his other tasks. I wish I asked his name. However I did let him know how nice his place was. Thank you for keeping it a nice place to go. I have permanently changed where I will go to wash my items. It's very hard to find a nice place like this anymore. Believe me this is coming from someone who has checked out a lot of places. read more

My dryer died today and I had to come to the laundromat, been about 20 years since I have been inside a laundromat. I have to say I was very impressed with this location. It is super clean! The gentleman that was working here this evening was wiping down and cleaning things the entire time I was here. The place is absoutely spotless. All of the washers and dryers are clean and getting my laundry done was super fast. The gentleman was very friendly and was more than willing to help show me how to use everything. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I never leave reviews but I just feel I really needed too in this case. First of all I called ahead and spoke with the owner about having some alterations done to my winter coat. She assured me that the person that did the alterations was great and quoted me some very reasonable prices so I went ahead and set up appointment. Upon arrival there was no room with mirror or any place proper to take measurements etc but because it was a coat I just went ahead and put it on at the front desk. The owner did however open up a tiny bathroom for me if I cared to look in a mirror that was only to look at ones face, yikes! Because it was a coat I didn't care much but had I brought in a dress or pants this would have presented a big issue and I would have just walked out then and there. I wish I had... the lady who did the alterations said she could only shorten the sleeves and nothing else because it was down filled. I was a little irritated by this time because I had spoke with the owner previously over the phone about the type of coat and the alterations I wanted done. I just agreed because it is walking distance from my condo. Then they proceeded to charge me double the price I was quoted for that particular alteration, just over $50... At this point I was very upset but just said fine because of the convenience of being so close. I was also told alterations would take 3 days for many alterations and when there I was told it would be 7 days because of New Year's... Okay fine I said, so long as I could pick up in the morning and they both agreed. The day before pick up I called to confirm pick up time and she told me I could not pick up until 3pm? At this point I am quite mad and let her know it has already been a week and they promised I could pick up my coat in the morning. She was very rude and proceeded to tell me she told me I should not bother leave my coat if timing was such an issue? She most certainly did not say this to me first of all and secondly I would love to know how I made a big deal about timing when it had already been a week to have only the sleeves shortened? And for the price I paid? I was able to pick up the coat at 10am and the owner was extremely rude to me. I was also given my coat back in a garbage bag? When I said something about it not being in proper garment bag she told me it was what I brought it in? I most certainly did not as I would not put any clothing in a garbage bag! When I got the coat home it was dirty, smelled badly, and the sleeves were not taken in nearly enough. It's like I paid $50 to be out a winter coat for a week just to get it back dirty and smelly. I am shocked by this place and the rudeness of its owner. Never ever will go back again. It's a shame too because it's so close I really wanted to like the place. If I could have given zero stars I would have. Do your self s favour and stay away! read more
