Brought my vehicle, Old Blue, in for evaluation. Had a pinion seal leak and what sounded like a…read morebearing noise. After evaluation I was charged $178 for this inspection and the estimate of repairs . I was told they had topped off the axle gear oil after I specifically asked them to do so. They said my truck needed $2800+ in repairs. This included replacing every part they would touch doing the axle bearing and seal repair Plus all bearings and other associated parts in the rear axle and seal repair. This included rear brake pads and rotors, both U-Joints and all differential bearings as well as the axle bearings. I took the truck to a well established local shop, which does not do axle/rear differential work, which I had trusted for years, to replace the U-joints, which was one of the items Johnnys said needed replacement. They were fine and needed no service. I asked about the axle gear oil. They checked it. IT TOOK 2 PINTS TO FILL IT. Johnnys not only furnished a greatly inflated estimate and charged me for such, they lied about topping off the gear oil. Then charged me to lie to me. NEVER USE THESE people. THEY are TOTAL CROOKS !!

We told them our situation and they said someone would wait till we got there around 5:25 pm. They put my truck in a lift and checked our transmission fluid level and said it was ok. By the time we left they had stayed about 45 minutes after closing to help us out. They were super nice and didn't even want payment. We did leave them a tip because of staying late and helping us out. I would definitely stop there again.

During the initial diagnostic visit, the entire time the technician was more concerned about making…read moreYouTube videos on rv repairs than actually working to find the issues. The technician finished looking around and came to explain that he knew exactly what needed to be done in order to fix all of our issues. He explained that there would be a cheaper option and a very expensive option to get our AC units up and working again, he knew all the parts needed to get us back up and running again. So after All the diagnostic was done we were told that we would get our diagnostic bill and as soon as it was paid, we would get a list by end of day for parts that were needed to fix our issues and quote to do the work, at the time of deposit we would also get an idea of when to schedule for them to come out and finish with repairs. Then I had to reach out to them in the middle of the next day because I still had not heard from them, they threw together a parts list that was not completed compared to what the technician had explained to us. When I responded and said that parts were missing, I was told that additional diagnostic was needed. But would not be charged additional diagnostic, Neither would any additional service call fees for any additional visits. So I reluctantly paid the deposit for parts. I was sent a receipt for parts, but no additional communication on estimated time of arrival for parts or communication on when they would possibly be out depending on parts arrival, Nothing. In my history of dealing with contractors, that's sketchy, Not hearing from them at all after paying for parts. During this time I had reached out and informed them that I had a family member pass away and was working on funeral arrangements as well as needing to travel out of state for another dire family situation so I needed them to keep up with me so I knew what was going on and keep my schedule on track. And I was met with no communication until I called and left an irate voicemail about customer service and communication, and how I felt I was being scammed out of my money. Only then did I get response on an approximation on when parts would arrive, and it would be two weeks and a day later. They were 45 minutes late for appointment, showed up, no word to my wife or myself and just switch off our power. The propane part was incorrectly installed in 15 minutes, but the original technician that came during diagnostic visit was back STILL FOCUSED ON MAKING YOUTUBE VIDEOS FOR the whole 30 mins he was here. Came in, told us EXACTLY what he told us the first time, packed up and left, still with no AC and 10 minutes later I got a labor bill sent to me for $500! At this point, I had had enough with the games. I reached out again and explained that I was not paying $500 for them to be 45 minutes late for a 30 minute job where, the communication sucked, and nothing was fixed properly, was just given the same information as the diagnostic visit, and yet they still needed extra parts that we're supposed to be ordered the first time around. I went back-and-forth with their customer service representative most of the day until they got snippy and said that they would reach out to the owner to figure out what they could do.... The next day I was told that what I signed for was completed and that I would need more parts in order to finish the job where I was then sent another quote for an additional $1200 in parts and labor service call fee. The best thing that they could do for us would be to credit us an hour of labor for all of our troubles. Which I still had to go in and have them change three times because the credit wasn't added on the quote properly.... The numbers just kept going up, after the third time of correcting them I noticed they were still trying to charge that service call fee even after saying they wouldn't for additional visits. Month and half later, I have had a different technician company Fix their mess with far better communication and customer service, and confirmed the parts ordered initially for our Ac unit was not needed, and if they would have done the repairs to our third ac unit that they planned on doing it would have caused a fire because the unit was in far worse condition than they lead us to believe!

It was a young couple and family business the kind of business I look to support. I have had my cars worked since 2023 and even though it took forever for the work to be completed I kept my business there to support the young family business. So this company had my phone number email daughters phone number nephews phone number I have history of texts with Heather his wife so yes texting was available. So when I recieve a certified letter from a recovery towing company that my car was towed there by this shop I was shocked. This had to be a mistake.I went and paid to get my car towed back to my house it was at his shop under a warranty for a head gasket not anything else. The warranty company has confirmed the same when it comes to reaching out to them and no response. I WENT TO THE SHOP TODAY TO CLARIFY THIS MATTER.And the owner John Powers confirmed he had the car towed he said warranty company denied and said work was not covered he said he attempted to contact me .Remember I have been a customer since 2023 he had numerous ways to contact me I live 15 minutes away he lied to me about trying to contact me there us no email no text no voice mail no miss call and I confirmed with warranty company the claim was not denied. This company got in trouble with the city code enforcement for having to many cars on the property so buyer Beware he may be open for business but I would not leave your car unattended at this company. It's really sad.because I do have 4 cars and look to support local family owned businesses. There is more I could add to this but I think any one can see it is a play at your on risk doing business with them
