I asked him to move as it churns up the grass - he just waved me away. I then said 'please don't just wave me away. please move your van". The response? "F**k off, I'm on the phone". I wonder how he would respond to a customer complaint. Guess I'll never find out - one chimney sweep I wold now never use.
