Absolutely the best grooming salon in Conejo Valley! Natalie was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly loves what she does. I felt comfortable leaving my anxious and loud mouthed dachshund here after going over services that will be provided and estimated pick up time. Natalie offered tips and products to help my dogs anxiety when left at the salon and no kidding i could see a difference immediately. 12/10!!! Venus smells great, and looks well groomed.

Do not bring your beloved pets here. I brought my 2 dogs here. I booked an appointment with a specific groomer and received an email confirmation to match -- only to arrive and be handed off to a completely different groomer with zero explanation. I clearly communicated that one of my dogs had recently experienced trauma and was still recovering from a laceration with stitches. The response was minimal at best, no eye contact, barely a word, and certainly no reassurance that my pet would be handled with extra care. My other dog came in with some matting, so I anticipated a possible call about dematting fees and a shave-down. What I did NOT expect was for my non-matted dog to also be shaved without any warning, without a phone call, and without so much as an explanation at pickup. They didn't even charge a dematting fee, which tells me there was no reason to shave him at all. The cut itself was uneven and poorly done, and to top it off, they gave him a lion's tail without asking. If there's ever a need to change a grooming plan, a simple phone call is the bare minimum. These are our family members, not livestock. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

This is my favorite local grooming place! I was having the hardest time finding a groomer for my recently rescued chi mix who has major anxiety around strangers. Then I found Fluff City. The owner and groomer, Jordan, were so helpful with insuring my dog would be handled with gentle, patient care. Which was exactly what he needed to feel safe. Was able to get a same day appointment and was happy to learn the cost had actually gone down for my little dog. This included teeth, brushing a full groom, included nail trimming. I'm glad this business is up and running and I'm hoping the community support will keep it going for a long time to come. I interviewed for 6 months groomers for my 3 golden retrievers. Fluff City Spa was my choice - Natalie (owner) gathered relevant vaccines and health information. This was an essential element - the care of my dog and other dogs. In addition, she invited me to meet Heather, professional groomer days before grooming. Heather is a wonderful groomer-caring and detailed oriented. My goldens, Happy and Shanti were groomed with coats glistening upon pickup. In grooming Shanti, Heather identified a hot spot and shared some home remedies that worked wonderfully. Communication was personal and clear. Heather went beyond my expectations! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!! NEW OWNER IS ABSOLUTELY UNHINGED. The nut will message you at 2:30 AM after you have reached out durning business hours and have the audacity to gas light and lie to you. Asked her where a specific groomer went, she proceeds to slander said groomer. She is unprofessional at best, Rude and unethical. She has a hard time accepting responsibility and will gaslight you. Any chance she gets. if you're gonna have the audacity to charge onwards of $85 an up for 12 pound dog you better have your business running smoothly. I'm appalled it's time for you to go out of business. read more

I used to take my dog to this salon when it was Gentle Grooming and I am very happy with the services provided under the new ownership. They are very responsive to all of my needs and requests and are helpful professional and kind. We have an 80lb dog who has a serious heart condition and they manage his appointments as quickly and as stress free as possible. He is in and out usually in an hour to an hour and a half. I really cannot recommend them highly enough not only for their grooming skills but for their kind care of our very anxious big dog. read more

As you get older your dog becomes your child. I have a maltipoo with very fine fur. She gets mats so easily but thank goodness for Natalie she de tangles Perla so gently. You know your dog is being treated like a princess when you drop her off and her tail begins to wag when she sees Natalie. Natalie is the only person I would trust grooming Perla. read more

This place is god awful - I would not recommend anyone who cares for their pet to bring them to this establishment. They do not follow directions. They do not deliver on the timeline they communicate. Based on how thirsty my dog was when we brought him home, I do not believe they provide any water... Fluff City Pet Spa is founded by Natalie Robinson. I have been in the salon since the age of 16 now totaling over 20 years in this industry! My dream quickly became clear to me, I love animals and now I can get paid emotionally and physically! It’s truly an indescrible feeling to work in the animal industry. At times heart wrenching for what these dogs have been through when they finally make it through the door but so rewarding watching a depressed matted dog turn in to a wagging tail and pure happiness! As a groomer you never stop learning. I found a sense of purpose helping these dogs that couldn’t see other groomers or had been kicked out of every other salon. We are the only groomers that welcome doodles of any size, shape and temperament. My staff is extremely educated and loves all the dogs like their own! I even own a mini bernedoodle myself. I definitely plan to pass the business down to my kids when they both are of age to work.This is my passion and I really can’t imagine any other way. This is a salon where everybody and every pet matters! The Robinson family is here to stay!

Established in 2024.

Hi I’m Natalie the owner of Fluff City Pet Spa. At 16 yrs of age I landed a dog bathing job at petsmart; as I continued my education, I received my high school diploma in 2005. I went straight to college but school just wasn’t for me.. I was tired of being teased and only feeling that unconditional love from animals. At the age of 18 years old I attended grooming school and the rest is history. I am now 39 yrs old and I have been grooming ever since.

This place was the prancing puppy, I went there for years and loved it. The new owner is not pleasant to deal with. My dog was trembling when I picked her up. I was given a price of $75 when I dropped her off, and when I picked her up it was $95 plus they charged a service fee. They told me it would be 2 hours and it took just over 5 hours. The owner has been told several times since to take my number off the messages and they just continue, which I believe could be illegal. The owner tried to blame her staff and the old owners for the problems she is having, instead of admitting she could be the problem. If she has over 20 years experience, it certainly isn't 20 years of running a business! Customer service is horrible here, I do not recommend this place at all anymore. It also seems she has several Yelp pages so read them all for yourself and you decide. Zero stars if I could! read more

Take a trip to Fluff City! We have been searching for a grooming spot that won't just cut our poodle's hair, but will ALSO give her the BEST service. Fluff City is an aesthetically cute shop, it's clean, & has animal-loving staff (which is SO important!) Dolly Pawton came out happy, with pretty bows, & looks so stinkin cute! It's hard to find a place that gives your pup undivided attention, but Fluffy City gave Dolly focused time & attention. After Dolly's haircut, I received the cutest texts notifying me of Dolly's before & after pics, her temperate while being groomed, and so much more. I have been a pet owner for almost 60 years and have lived in several countries around the world. Natalie is literally one of the best groomers I have ever encountered. She is incredibly knowledgeable and very gentle with all dogs, particularly with senior and ill dogs. I have been going to her now for two years since moving back to LA, and even after recently moving to the other side of the valley, she is well worth the drive knowing my senior dogs of 17.5 and 15.5 years are in great hands! read more

I have been going here for quite a while and am super happy. They do an incredible job on my dogs, Trixie and Griffin, and are very friendly and helpful. They have been getting groomed for the past 12 years and Fluff City Pet Spa is my absolute favorite place to bring them. read more

I would totally recommend Fluff city Pet Spa. I've been there two times now with my dogs Trixie and Griffin and it is the best grooming they have ever received. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I won't be going anywhere else. read more

Customer service is horrible, my dog was petrified on the way home. Prices are outrageous and the cut was not good. I don't know where my original post went, Yelp said to update so here you go. I still don't recommend. 0 stars! read more

This was our first and last time at this establishment. We had a coupon that was not honored, the place was dirty and took 6 hours to get our pup back. Her cut was uneven, the staff was rude. I do not recommend this place. read more
