I understand the word "Hot" is in the name, but they claim to have plain/non-spicy options. I attempted to order it twice, thinking possibly someone got the order wrong the first time. Both times, I was unable to eat the food because of how spicy it is.... and, it wasn't only me. 3 other people I was with also could not eat the food. Even the macaroni & cheese is spicy! I ordered at the register and when the tip screen came on, the person just skipped that screen for me which was interesting (I will bring cash next time, I really liked their service and the amount of food they gave me). Their specialty is Nasville Hot Chicken on a bed of Mac n cheese and it's really good. The chicken is juicy and crunchy with great flavor, some heat and delightful sauce drizzled on top. The Mac n cheese is the perfect counter balance to the heat but it's not a super flavorful variety. We also ordered a side of seasoned fries. I'm glad I tried a few fries first because once you eat the chicken, the powerful flavor makes the fries taste bland and they are anything but bland. I was shocked by the size of the chicken which was the equivalent of two huge pieces dipped in sauce and topped with coleslaw on a soft bun. If you know me already, no pickles. The side of fries was a small takeout container filled to the brim and way more than I anticipated for the $3 price tag. The chicken was absolutely delicious, crispy and moist with a nice kick but not as hot as I expected. The coleslaw was very good too however too wet for my taste which also made the sandwich fall apart towards the end. I got the seasoned fries which were shoestring with old bay seasoning, served hot and super crispy.
