They are not as busy as the Milan airports (Linate or Malpensa) and there is a lot of history at this airport. They heavily promote local brands such as Ducati motorcycles and both Ferrari and Lamborghini cars at the airport. They have store locations within the airport that have the brand merchandise that you can purchase prior to your flight. The airport is well organized but no where as glam and glitzy as the Milan Malpensa airport.

Tuscany region greatest advantage is proximity to the city center and it's one of the most direct paths to Florence. The airport is easy to navigate, with short walking distances and straight forward security processes. Facilities are limited but adequate. There are a few cafés, shops, and basic services. Anyway I really enjoyed the other shops, there was beautiful leather shops, perfume shops and bright colored shops. It was all pretty cool. I enjoyed the Florence airport
