I had a fill today with Isabel and I absolutely love my lashes. I have been driving all the way to OC to get my lashes filled so I am so happy I found this place. Isabel took her time and gave me exactly the look I wanted. I am so relieved because I am leaving out of town tomorrow morning and I did not have time to go to my normal lash studio in OC. I am always a little weary to try new places when it comes to beauty services, especially lashes because I am so picky, but in this case I'm glad I did and I can't wait to book future lash/brow appointments here. The prices are extremely fair considering the quality of work. I wish I would have taken a before and after picture to show the night and day difference. I also love that the studio is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and they don't play boring music lol makes my lash naps go by so much quicker. Edit: do not appreciate the 3x edit of owners response while asking me for my other lash girls information to try and hire her. I came here out of desperation for a fill one day after not being able to get in with my regular lash girl. The fill was TWICE as expensive here(i.e. I pay $50 for a fill normally and here it was $90). I bit the bullet. I was able to get in same day after calling around to 10+ local lash places. I made a 3:45 appt. I get a confirmation text for 3:45. Then 15 mins later I get a conf text that says my appt is at 3:30, no, it's not, I specifically made it for 3:45. The owner ends up calling me and says "I see your appt is at 3:30". And I said no, I made it for 3:45 and I'm not sure what's going on but something funky is happening with the scheduling. Whatever, she confirmed 3:45 would be fine. At 3:35 I get a phone call from the girl I was scheduled with and she asks if I'm still coming to my 3:30 appt. again, NO. 3:45. I did mention that I was on my way and I got out of work 3 minutes later than expected which would put me 5 minutes late for my appt. I informed her I was just down the street and I would be there by 3:50. (I take responsibility for this part, but this only puts me 5 mins late). So I arrive at 3:50 on the dot and am inside the studio waiting. When I arrive I sit for about 5 minutes until she takes me. Right as I lay down she says "you actually have more lashes left than I was expecting" great! So I'm thinking this should be easy breezy. She starts to lash and over about 15-20 minutes she's commenting to me that the glue is not sticking to my lashes and shuffles around trying 3 different kinds of glue. (What??? This has never been a problem for me in the past. It's not my lashes that's the issue...) Then when finally the "correct" glue is found, lashing continues..... She mentions to me that she has a 5:00 appt coming in so she will "do the best she can". Why would you book me for a fill that you can't finish?? Ridiculous. So the 5:00 appt walks in and she says "ok I think I've got you evened out FOR NOW, but more lashing needs to be done" AKA: my fill was half done. She tells me to go online and schedule a 1 week fill for Saturday to come back and lash more. This is incredibly inconvenient. She checks me out, still has me pay the ENTIRE amount for a half completed service. Ridiculous x2. You couldn't have told your 5:00 appt that you apologize for running behind but that you have to finish up what you're working on? (She even told me this was her last appt of the day so she wouldn't have ran into any other appts on the back end)(Mind you, I was a receptionist for 3 years for 4 different hair salons. I know how scheduling works, I know what it means to complete a service, and I also know a great deal about customer service and let me tell you, this wasn't it) So as soon as I get into the car, I go online and schedule a 30 min slot ("1 week fill") for Saturday to get my fill finished. I paid for the service so I want it done. Otherwise I wouldn't have returned. Saturday morning rolls around and the owner calls me to tell me that the lash girl I was scheduled with won't be in that day and she needs to reschedule me. I told her umm no, I don't know if you know what's going on but I was in there on Thursday and left with a HALF completed fill job. She says that she can do it and to come in at 4pm. (Originally I was scheduled at 3:15). Fine. I'll go at 4. I get there at 4 and the owner proceeds to interrogate me as if the reason for the fill not being complete was my fault. She said that the lash girl told her I was 30 MINUTES LATE to my appt. NOT!!!! I said NO, I was 5 minutes late. I mentioned again the fiasco with the confirmation texts but that I had nothing to do with that. My appt was 3:45, and I arrived at 3:50. Those are the facts. She says ok well maybe it was a miscommunication and takes me back for lashes. Now I'm annoyed. When I'm done, she says I'm finished and lets me on my way. No apology for the trouble. Not once did she apologize for her own employee not finishing a service. This is the owner we are talking about. That's like the number one rule in salon world is to make sure a first time customer has the best experience possible. This is where you make your impression and have the potential to secure a long time/returning customer. Fast forward one week later: I need a fill. For $90 I expect my lashes to last more than 1 week. {*theres a 20 upcharge for an outside fill.* I can understand this if your lashes are seriously f***ed up and require serious TLC. (Clumpy glue, cluster lashes, etc) however this was not the case with mine. There was no extra work required to my lashes. They did a fill like normal. So what exactly am I giving you $20 extra dollars for?} I'll be returning to my usual lash girl who charges me $50 for a fill and i go 4-5 WEEKS before I need another fill. Update: After seeing my original review the owner of the salon, Susan, contacted me and offered me a complimentary fix. She listened to my concerns on the appearance of my lashes and was able to fix them to compliment my eyes more. She had to work with the current set I had on and did an awesome job working around it to have it look like how I wanted. It took her less than an hour to make them look amazing! Having had teeth whitening and my eyebrows worked on, I can say the results were absolutely fantastic! To have teeth whitening done for the first time, I was a little hesitant and nervous, but the staff were all welcoming and in such good spirits which lifted my nerves. The procedure was relaxing and I was allowed to listen to music while having the work done. As someone who once worked in hospitality, in a business we tend to receive the bad reviews rather than the good experiences. Today was my first time getting a lash lift and Isabel was great, it was a comfortable environment and I was nervous but she explained what was going to happen and after that it was pretty easy to relax. My lashes are very long and heavy and the lash lift was perfect for me because I didn't really need the volume and length that extensions provide. I went in to get a lash lift and my eyes were BURNING the entire time. I've gotten a lash lift at a different place before and there was no pain and I was very comfortable. When I told the lady doing my eyes, she did NOTHING about it. The lashes looked really good in the beginning, but they keep getting worse and worse. As they continue FALLING OUT, every lash has a jagged bend to it rather than a curl. I've been known for having nice healthy lashes, and now I have none. Your accusing me that I pulled them out or used a curler, but the whole point of the lash lift was to naturally curl them so why would I use a curler. And why would I pull them out to have no eyelashes?! No one in their right mind would do that. I'm overall very disappointed. read more

I've had 2 appointments, both with Susan, who is great! She is super personable and sweet. The studio itself is adorable and clean. It has a very feminine, relaxing vibe. For my first set of lashes, I opted for the classic. I showed Susan a photo of what I wanted and she was easily able to accommodate. She also made it a point to make sure I was happy with the set and asked if anything needed adjustments before I left which was really nice. They looked super natural but still provided that extra bit of glamour that lashes give. It was about 3 to 3.5 weeks before I went in for a fill and my lashes were still doing great! This was my first time getting lash extensions and I was very impressed! I've used falsies for years, so I knew what I wanted. Stacy exceeded my expectations! I wear glasses, so I was hesitant to get them done, but they turned out so nicely curled that they don't touch my lenses at all. I got the hybrid full set cat eye style with a wispie effect (like i said, i knew what i wanted) and they seriously look and feel so natural... I can't stop looking at them. I read on here about someone complaining that she didn't talk to them while working, but honestly that's normal. Your eyes are closed the whole time and she needs to concentrate. It's a meticulous job. Just fall asleep and trust that you're in good hands. You'll wake up beautiful, I promise. Im definitely coming back for more. read more

This place is wonderful! Sue did my eyelash perm. She was welcoming and, professional and very accommodating to my schedule. When I first went in, the eyelashes did not lift well ( they never do I have a lot of thick lashes ) so instead of doing what other places do ( send me on my way ) she insisted on having me come back in later on that week to get them just right ( at no extra charge ) when I came back, she had done her research to make sure she got it right and that nothing would damage or over-do my lashes ( heated towel, the right kind of product just for my type of lashes, the right amount of time to set, etc ) she even changed the music that was playing to my preference. This was above and beyond good service! I'm so happy with my lashes, it has been awhile since I've left a salon having them look this nice and I feel like a queen Also! Her daughter sells some of the most unique, intricate and incredible hats ( something I would buy for my next trip to Bonaroo or Mardi Gras in New Orleans) right in the shop. I had heard wonderful things about eye lash tinting/perming and I will be attending a festival soon, so a couple of weeks ago I booked appointments for my mom and I to get our lashes tinted and permed. I called (I had a few questions about the process, so I figured it was best to talk over the phone) and made appointments with the owner. After conversing about the process, we scheduled two appointments- one for myself (10:00 a.m.) and one for my mom (11:00 a.m.) Today, April 11, 2017, I promptly arrived at the salon at 9:45. I was early, because I live quite a few miles away and did not want to hold anyone up. I waited outside the salon until 10:10; at that time I decided to call. I called, left a message, and with no answer I waited outside the door some more. I waited a total of 45 minutes (until 10:30). Despite the 10:00 a.m. opening time listed on the door, website, and told to me by the owner, the salon remained close. Not to mention, I had yet to receive a curtesy call, let alone, a call back. I was greatly looking forward to having my lashes done before the festival, but was unable to do so. I am extremely disappointed that my anticipation was built up for nothing, and that my mom and I wasted time driving to the salon and waiting at the salon on our day off. read more

I arrived 3 minutes late to my appointment as the location is tucked away upstairs. I called for directions & the girl on the phone was super sweet & told me where to go. Immediately when I walked in there was a women sitting in the chair next to the front desk, that looked so bothered. The most unfriendly first impression. Didn't care to introduce herself to me just simply says "hi are you Ari". I sat on the chair and she asked me general questions as to what I wanted etc. The whole vibe is anything but personable. The duration of the time getting my lashes done all the employees did was gossip back & forth about other clients!! and ask to borrow each others supplies. As a new client especially you would think they would want retuning clients but they didn't seem to care. It was a very get the client in out experience. When I intentionally made me appointment I had told the women on the phone I had a lady I've gone to regularly but she is out of town and I needed a fill. So maybe that's why she didn't care but introduce yourself. It's common knowledge. As soon as she was done there was no "are you happy with your lashes" "do you like them" nothing simply. "I take cash, card & Venmo" sooo rude. I still tipped 20% tip. Do better read more
