I was told by Shelby (who works there at the front counter) that it was going to cost $1007.27 to fix my car and that would allow me to have AC and Heat and directional airflow. after they worked on it and before payment was given over the phone, I was told by Shelby, yes it has AC yes it has Heat and yes the directional airflow was fixed. I paid the bill and when I picked up my car after work that day, I had AC and directional airflow, however I had no Heat. they asked me to bring it back in and then tell me, it's another issue for my Heat that's going to cost me another $1000 and because the mechanic I was talking to is the fiancé (Chris) of Shelbys, Chris says I never asked to get my Heat fixed and I'm basically screwed. stay away from these crooks!! if they were upfront and honest with me, I never would have paid $1007.27 to fix 2/3 of my cars problems. scammers and Liars!

My car is an older 1990 Mazda 323 and it is a lot harder for me to find parts for it. Well, they worked extremely hard to find those parts for me. After visiting two other garages previously and them telling me that they did not want to work on my car because of its age and getting parts for it. It was a refreshing experience to contact them for service. Not only were the employees there so helpful, but they made it a point to keep in contact with me during the entire process. They are friendly, helpful and kind staff really went that extra mile to help me out. I have not had that kind of service in a long time. Another thing I was impressed with was that I need another repair on my car and I believe the owner told me he would search for that part so I can have the steering on my car repaired too. That to me is great customer service. I actually live up in NC and came down to visit my family during the holidays. My car broke down before I even got to my parents' house. So finding them was a blessing. When they get the other part, I will specifically drive down and have them repair it. I recommend them 110 percent. They really seem to care about the job they do and it shows with how their customers like them. I can now include myself in that statement. Great job Farmeries! Thank you! But the guys at the shop helped me out and provided great service. They did not carry the tire but they ordered it for me and it was only took one day. I called the tire shop around 11:30 they said the tire wasn't there yet and called me back an hour later and help me as soon as I arrived the employees were all helpful. At the end of the service they hand out a thank you card with the business info and asking to rate them!

When we walked up to the desk in back there were two people already waiting and no one in sight. After 5 minutes I rang the bell for service and a long time employee appeared. She explained she was getting a desk for a customer. Another customer ahead of me dang! Two more customers showed up. When the employee resurfaced she had a dolly with a desk on it. SHE had to take it to the register and then to the customer's vehicle. When she came back, she went to help the Customer in front of me. When she finished with him, she had someone else ahead of me, but said I could put the label on my envelope. We did as she instructed. She came back and said there was somebody else ahead of me and said, "I can take this, but I won't be able to give you a receipt right away someone else is ahead of you.You'll have to wait for the receipt." I didn't have time to wait, I had been waiting for at least 30 minutes. So I have no proof I sent my envelope. I had an older woman in my car with the air on because I was taking her shopping and I didn't want to stay in the store any longer. When we asked to speak to the manager as we were leaving, we were told the person wasn't scheduled to be on yet. Office Depot, if you can't afford to service your customers you need to close your doors. I will try never to need Office Depot again. Everybody was griping and complaining and saying the same thing. That whole store had only two employees working that day, both were women. As far as I'm concerned, that is a very dangerous situation. Understand I am not complaining about the employees. The longtime employee that we were working with we've used before and she is very good. There is only so much one person can do when you have a line of people waiting for service. I blame the corporate office of Home Depot for this debacle. You better get your act together or you will go the way of other business that have gone belly up. Even though I very much respect the employee we worked with I can no longer support your store. My time is as important as yours. My advice to other customers is find somewhere else to shop!
