When we got there, all of the stylists were busy so we sat on the couch. About 10 minutes later, a guy asked if we had an appointment and I said we did not. He then told me that they prefer bookings. I explained about what happened on the website and he told me that it hasn't been working and they can't get a hold of the person whom created it. He then told me that they were booked and when I said that the site said the walk-ins were welcomed, he threw his hands up in the air and firmly said, "What do you want me to do?" When I said that we drove all the way from the city he didn't seem to care. My son and I got up and walked away. We will never return to an establishment that talks poorly to customers the way he did. We ended up going down the street after I looked up nearest salons and my son got a walk-in and a fantastic haircut somewhere else.

I had an appointment with Jamie upon arrival I was welcomed and asked if I had an appointment. Once it was my turn I was called to the chair. Jamie was super polite & professional, she also knows what she's doing. Since it was my first visit I decided to opt for a simple trim using a 3 guard vs the fade I usually get. It turned out great and the fact they're in walking distance will have me returning. This is your typical barbershop great prices, friendly banter, ball busting, and a laid back atmosphere. They are cash only.
