They terminate off of "hear say". Seems they dont care on any personal level for any of their employees. Community Living is a great place to work if you are a "favorite" (which is hard to do). Do not work there unless you loved high school and all the gossip that comes with it. There's better jobs out their like Community Living, who pay better, treat their employees AND clients better, and manage a more professional environment.
