This is a great location to stop. Conveniently located just off the interstate. I know I can always count on Flying J to have the best price, cleanest restrooms and a huge selection of snacks in the area. The restrooms were very clean and so were the fuel islands. There were long handle windshield cleaners also available. Very good stop. read more

Ok I'm weird but I love these large, "sale everything" gas stations! Sometimes the restrooms are hit or miss but hey (shoulder shrug) I go for the junk food! They sale old fashioned candy I usually have to order online or donuts I can't find lol read more

Buyer beware and be safe. Pump 6 auto shutoff is broken. Go inside to the the "manager" (late twenties heavy white dude) and he says someone just complained about that, and that he'd "seen the district manager not give any credit as you should be monitoring car". As I explain to him, I was monitoring and standing next to it, so thankfully, was able to stop without a lot of gas getting on the ground, but that he may need to think about deactivating the pump, and helping with the gas on the ground. A first review re a fuel stop. Big-rig RV looking for fuel. Multiple pumps not working, not roped off. Cashier does not understand customer card nor how to comprehend ANYTHING a customer is trying to communicate re bad pumps, free drinks offered by manager, etc. Just argues about what she does not understand. If you are a big RV looking to fuel quickly, go elsewhere (maybe the BP truck stop across the street). If you are a customer looking to avoid attitude and frustration - move on. This is a travel plaza for truck drivers right? I say that sarcastically as i had been parking my personal car in the back of there car parking lot while i worked over the road and when i came in every 2 or 3 weeks would drive my car home. On 7/9/11 after I had worked an extended 5 week stretch it was ordered towed by there general manger on 7/6/11. Lucky for me i got in right after they decided to lose a customer for life ( I will never buy anything from flying j or pilot ever again ). They called it abandoned for 30 days, i guess the manager took notice I abandoned it as soon as i parked it there and didn't see i drove it home for a ten hour work break when i passed through on 7/2/1. Not to mention it had valid tags ( most abandoned vehicles have license plates right ). From now on i will shop at the keystop across the street, this is an unforgivable offense in my opinion read more

I only gave this place two stars because of the horrible customer service. I go there because their cigarette prices are the lowest that I have found. That being said, their employees and managers have no desire to wait on customers. This place is supposed to be set up for truck drivers and I feel very sorry for them because the cashiers are never able to just ring up their showers. They always keep the poor truck driver waiting which in turn makes those of us in line behind them have to wait an extraordinarily long time. Today there was two cashiers and two managers at the front counter. The managers stood there and looked at the line and didn't nothing. This place needs new management at the very least. read more

On August 12, 2012 My fiancee stopped in to get his semi scaled and had to wait 3 mins just to get someone to wait on him. Then when he went into the store to get his scale ticket he had to wait 10 mins in a long line. There was only two people working and they were very rude to customers. Also to mention the store manager was in and wouldn't come and help nor come out and talk to the customers that requested to talk to him/her. My fiancee was also rudely interrupted while in line waiting by one of the workers. They didn't have any coffee made or any creamer or sugar restocked. When brought to attention they said rudely well we only have two people working. Well that left him with an impression that they didn't care. NOW THAT IS VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!
