Excessive credit hold on the credit card! I pumped $61 of gas and then discovered at $226 charge on my credit card. Suspecting fraud, I called my credit card company and they said it's common for gas stations to put a credit hold for more than the amount of the sale in the card and then the amount gets reconciled once the transaction clears, which can be up to 10 days. This is excessive and unnecessary. Won't go back to this station in the future. read more

Air freshener so heavy when you walk in it takes your breath away. Restrooms are filthy. Parking lot in terrible condition - enough to damage your suspension. read more

Super disappointed in this place. I usually go to TA Travel Center but wanted to give this a shot. Won't be coming back here. There are not a lot of stalls in the women's bathroom, they are dirty, and honestly the whole store felt dirty. read more

No hot coffee at midnight. The restrooms had "closed for cleaning" signs, so I waited a few minutes then finally asked how much longer it'd be. She told me the restrooms were closed for cleaning and the restrooms on the other side were open. I went to the other restrooms. First one out of toilet paper completely. Second stall (handicap stall) was good. All showers closed. I'm just traveling in a car, I feel bad for the poor truckers that depend of these things. read more

Its dirty and smells horrible. I don't recommend stopping here for anything. Also you have to ask for a bag so hopefully you dont have to get charged twice. read more

Your usual flying j truck stop Overpriced snacks n food. This location has 9 public showers that cost $12 a go. You can share With your partner if you have one and they will supply Extra towels. If you don't have the money be polite To a truck driver and he will probably give you a shower off of his pilot loyalty card. Flying J is usually my preferred gas station shop, we usually have no issues, but today I was disgusted. Especially with Covid-19 I expected these bathrooms to be spotless and clean. I felt uncomfortable and disgusted. Hopefully someone decides to clean the ladies room and I hope the men's isn't this gross. read more

Beyond filthy. The bathrooms are absolutely gross, the sinks clog, and the common area is filthy, I would've get a beverage or coffee from their station if it was free. The "fresh" food behind the counter is old and clearly has been sitting there for hours. IHOP has a lot of staff but super slow. Pancakes were burned and dry as well as the chicken. read more

Very unclean restrooms and floors. Like anyone else, we stopped on our way to Denver. They say they pride themselves on clean restrooms, but not today, sticky floors, dark hairs everywhere, just not key upswell. I'll stop somewhere else next time. The only saving grace? Good place to go to nasty bathroom. Store was not clean, employees at pay counters need help dressing and learning to put on uniform, very unkempt. Could not park 2 fifth wheels in rv section, it was full of big trucks. The people inside at the counter said it was ok with thier D.M. .if big trucks took all those rv lines and designated rv slots. I guess the thinking among Limon merchants is, "Well, there ain't much out here, so we don't need to do much for the customer other than take their money." Better carry some Windex with you, because every wash bucket on the pump islands was bone dry, and only half still had the squeegee/sponge. Be sure to step around and over all the oil and grease splotches on the drive and pump islands. All filled up? Step inside to the restrooms that must get cleaned once a week at least. There's a connected IHOP. I don't think so. Sure wish my car had a range of 600 miles, so I could make it from Kansas City all the way to Denver without a needed stop in Limon. read more

Are you headed to Denver, it's starting to snow, and your gas gauge has you thinking you better not risk it? Limon has a lot of different places to stop along I-70 but the Flying J is the newest of the bunch. (For commercial drivers headed West it's the ramp past the weigh station, of course). It's a typical Flying J in many respects. If you're pulling a small trailer, it's easy to get in and out of. Go inside and it's got all of the typical amenities of a Flying J from hot showers to freshly brewed coffee that the staff seems to keep an close eye on so it really is fresh. After standing outside pumping gas in the cold when you walk in the door the cashier is on the right, but the hot coffee / fountain drinks are straight ahead and to your left. The bathrooms here are clean as the building is still relatively new, and the staff keeps them well stocked. This location does have an IHOP but I never have time to stick around and try it. If it's summer I got places to go, if it's winter I always seem to be trying to get to Denver our get the heck out to Kansas before the CSP shuts the gates on I-70. But when you're in a hurry and want to get in and get out at Limon this Flying J has earned my repeat business. (This is also a good stop if you've broke basic gear while storm chasing. Antennas, wiring, lights, it's not Denver metro pricing but you can usually find something here to improvise if you need to!) 4 Stars. read more

Very well lit truckers paradise. Has all the amenities for anyone. IHOP is great! Showers are hot. Plenty of well lit parking. Don't pass it up. Wonderful place to visit while your on the move. Stopped here on our way to Amarillo. Positives, separate fuel pumps for RVs so you won't have to battle regular cars and trucks for pumps. Not so swell are the bathrooms. The women's didn't have soap and the men's room was disgusting. Not blaming the management, some people are just slobs. read more

We stop here just about every time heading to and from Denver for work the store is good we like the convenience but if they don't do something about the panhandlers we will start going somewhere else. It's not that we are unsympathetic we help the needy but when my wife goes in a further door because she is uncomfortable about who's standing at the closer door and I'm trying to clean my motor home windows and someone comes up behind me asking for money it's becoming an uncomfortable place. Happens about 8 out of 10 visits day or night. We make the trip once a week through at least September, it will cut down to once a month after. Flying J do you care? read more

Not only do the shower attendants walk in on you without knocking, but the showers SUCK!! You won't get a warm or hot shower, but you WILL get a cold shower with shots of hot water every 10 seconds due to them running the washing machines. Annoying. read more

Seemed fine to me. Bathroom needed to be swept but gas was pretty fast and easy to get. Certainly some truck driver characters to take a look at. Wasn't the best Flying J but I thought it was better than the last one I went to and otherwise a-ok! read more

I was driving through Monday night and I stopped for a quick bite to eat. I was talking to a gentleman in line about his alma matter. Anyways I was wearing my schools sweatshirt too. I have never experienced a fuel stop as bad as this. I will never stop there again. There was no water in any of the windshield washer containers, so I could not clean my windshield. All of trash containers were overflowing. The restaurant appeared dirty. The restroom was dirty and did not have soap in the dispensers. I spoke with the manager and he ignored my concerns saying a gentleman was taking care of it now. Very bad. Don't stop there. read more

Overly crowded today! Also, the coolers were nearly/completely out of many different things... sweet tea in a bottle, for example. But the restrooms were clean! We were hungry, too, so decided to get the pizza - it was surprisingly delicious!! read more
