I've booked through Flyplaces on two occasions. The last time was when I decided to go to Sr ilanka for a business trip. I needed to clarify a few things with them before I made the booking because I couldn't really believe that the price included all that I needed. They answered the phone straight away, were friendly and reassuring. From now on I don't think I need to consider any other travel agent after this experience. It gets my seal of approval. read more

Of all the budget travel agents, I've found these guys most helpful. Dedicated customer service who was very responsive via e-mail and able to get through to and got my cancelled holiday's refund today after an email confirmation from customer service 10days ago . Prompt and customer service with friendly staff !! One of my travel dates was wrong while booking- my mistake. I realised the mistake as soon as I have read the confirmation email. The staff (Fernando) was very helpful to change the dates without extra cost, unlike other Travel Agents! I was really pleased. I will definitely use them again for my next trip. I booked my trip with Flyplaces in December 2019 to go Sydney Australia in Easter 2020, even though I called up several times and spoke to a few agents and got confirmed by email. They were very professional, and walked me through all the details step by step. Would highly recommend and would most definitely book again with them. read more
