Their clothes are so nice and they have great colours for tops, blouses, shorts, summer dresses and pants. I ended up with 4 items my first time around and I also bought a summer dress and I rarely , if ever wear a dress! My sister ended up buying 4 items as well and when we went back 2 weeks later and we got more stuff! Her summer selection is great, her prices are very reasonable and we can't wait to go and buy more items. The women who runs the store is so sweet and helpful and that's another reason we enjoy shopping here so often. it's our new go-to- favourite store!!

I have full-sleeve cotton tshirts which are perfect if you are travelling to Southern Europe in December. Anything Warner will kill ya! I also have slippers for summer, fleeced lined snow pants for snow activities and 20L collapsible backpack which is excellent for travelling, as it folds and fits into your carryon but then can be brought out for day trips. They have an excellent return policy for online stuff. Too bad the Toronto Eaton Centre store closed. Service is good. I also like their outlet at Vaughan Mills and make it my first stop when I am there. And I am always rewarded with an item that's on clearance. All their styles fit different but as I said their return policy is great.

After placing an order, I immediately realized I had entered the wrong shipping address--an honest mistake on my part. I contacted your support team right away through the only available channel: live chat. I was assured the address would be corrected. To be thorough, I followed up again before the order shipped and was once more told it would go to the correct address. Even after the order was marked as shipped, I checked in again and received the same confirmation. Despite all these assurances, the package was delivered to the original, incorrect address. When I raised this issue, I was met with a dismissive response that included a monkey emoji and a casual "whoops." I was then told I could return the item--accompanied by a smile emoji. This tone was not only unprofessional but deeply frustrating. I realized I was speaking to a bot and requested to speak with a human. At that point, all communication stopped. My previous messages had been answered instantly--clearly by automation--but now, nothing. I followed up again, asking for a phone call, only to be told the company no longer wished to do business with me. I was then blocked. To make matters worse, all of my previous chat conversations were deleted before I could save them. I now have no way to reference those interactions, and I cannot reach anyone--there is no phone number available. This is especially disappointing because I am a loyal customer with multiple products from your company. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--just to speak with a human being and resolve the issue fairly. Love Diane Kroe. Love it…read more If I had much more money than I actually do, I would rock some Diane Kroe every day. Practically everything in the store is in her signature jersey fabric; there's nothing more comfortable or flattering. Something about the way it's cut it makes me look amazing. They carry elegant basics-with-a-twist which are good for the office or paired with your latest Kensington find. These tend towards black, brown, cream, a few more seasonal solid colours (some elegant greens, right now). They also carry some sensational (and comfortable) dresses in a more colourful palette of solids and some bold patterns. I've never met the titular Diane, but her assistant designer is friendly, competent, and has a great eye. It's a very welcoming store, and there's no pressure - just help if you want it. Given some time, they can alter anything in the store or make one up in a different colour. Mwah. Now the bottom line - many of the separates are around the $100 -$150 mark. I should add that they wear amazingly well, so every once in a while I add an essential pair of black pants or a cool top to my wardrobe. I wish I could do it more often.
