They did an inspection, agreed it was on them, opened a claim, sent out a few contractors on various occasions, then forgot about me. A contractor told me they didn't use him because he wasn't cheap enough. 2 years later, my ceiling still has water damage with some parts falling. BCR finally stopped answering or returning my calls.
