Se eu pudesse nao colocava nem uma estrela! Terrível serviço ao cliente. NãO alugue carro nessa companhia. Eu aluguei um carro deles pela rentalcar.com. Peguei o carro na madrugada do dia seguinte e me disseram que eu era "no show", me ofereceram um carro de classe mais alta porque nao tinham a mesma classe de carro que eu reservei. Porem, ao inves de cobrarem a diferença de classe me cobraram uma nova reserva! Troquei varios emails com eles dizendo que era a mesma reserva (o mesmo número) e deveriam me cobrar so a diferença de classe. A resposta foi sempre a mesma: não há reembolso. NAO ALUGUE CARRO COM ELES. read more

Beware of this company! In August 2014 we rented a car from their Recife location, and left a credit card as security deposit. At the end of the trip, we paid cash because they offered a small discount for cash payments. In spite of that, they charged our credit card for the amount we had already paid. We disputed the charge with the credit card company and didn't pay. Now, 8 months later, they are again charging for the rental! This is not a serious company, and I would never rent a car from them again. read more

worst rental company ever! in all brazil, noone from the staff was speaking english. Paperwork for…read moretaking and delivering the car was slow. Ridiculous check of the car which took 10 minutes to complete and on top of that they have charged us 25 reais for washing the car!! The car was in perfect condition and the 600 reais we paid for the total rental was not enough for them to wash the car?? Definitely not going back there again and i will make sure not any one i know will go as well.
