They…read morealso are one of the few places in the area that offer money orders and their Western Union machine is professedly always "down". It takes weeks to get it repaired and the feeling by the staff could be described as an underlying resentment bc they have to deal with it at all, but that's a staff-Western U in problem, not a customer problem. (It's a hot mess.) To be fair, the cashiers are usually very pleasant and helpful. The store regularly appears to be properly stocked. The layout is a bit of a maze of shelving, but not a big deal. The prices they offer for gas are comparable and reflective of other stations within the area. Store usually looks clean, although coffee area is sometimes messy but to be fair, that's naughty customers who don't pick up after themselves. The things I'd like to see fixed is the attitude/efficiency particularly of the money order machine-either fix it or stop advertising you have one and get rid of it. The other is the printer tape in the outside machines being constantly empty. I print the receipt for my record-keeping, so I prefer them printed outside for efficiency so I don't have to go in and stand in line for it to be printed out. The store is good overall, but could do better. I'd give 3 1/2 stars, but there not an option for it.

There's times where you'll go in super late and they'll have a bunch of hot food available but you go during the day sometimes and it's like they didn't even prep anything. On top of that, they seem to have trouble stocking stuff like lids, cups, buns, trays, straws...basically anything you'd need to get a drink or hot dog or whatever you want from that area. Funny thing is they'll still put out hot dogs whether they have buns or not, they don't care if they go to waste, they'll probably just eat them later on when no one is looking. This place is also filthy, never seems to be clean and there's usually 2-3 workers standing around doing nothing. I don't know what needs to be done about this place but it needs to happen already. Seems like since 7-11 got involved, this location tanked while most others thrived and still do.

After dealing with police, the other driver's, insurance, etc it became time to call a tow truck for my vehicle. When I contacted H&H I explained my situation that I had been involved in an accident and was in need of a tow. With an audible sigh, the female that answered the phone asked me where I was located. After telling her, she replied, "like I know where that is. What is the address?!" I explained again that I had been in an accident and I wasn't sure the address but was at a major name car dealer in the area on a main street. She again replied rudely, "I need to know where you are if you expect my help!" I in turn asked her if I was bothering her or if this wasn't the normal function of her job. She slowly stammered that she just needs to know where I am. I politely ended the call by telling her I would call another company. In short, do better! Most people aren't calling for a tow for fun, usually something unpleasant has occurred to result in needing that service. So to be treated inconsiderately and rudely is uncalled for.
