Everything went great here, I came here for MAT assistance, and was more than delighted at the fact that the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, caring, loving and professional! They always went above and beyond to help me, they were courteous about my disability and offered me once a week visits from the start to make it easier on my body. Best personalities came from the counselors and the staff were a pleasure to be around, oh and the security guard gets extra points for doing his best and going above and beyond to hello everyone. where to begin. my friend has a heroin problem and her purse was stolen so she had no identification whatsoever and to get a SS card or birth certificate you need photo id. i called a couple suboxone/methadone clinics that i found on google. i called and she told me to call when the person was around that needed help. i agreed and called right back. spoke to my friend and said she would call back. then proceeds to blow up my phone while she is standing in line at DMV getting her photo ID so she can actually get some help. and continues blowing up my phone to the tune of 7x after she was told we were at DMV. she said ok tell your friend to find a new clinic because we are taking her off our list....like what? someone wants to get clean but because they can't talk when you want to talk then just take them off your list? thinking someone should have their treatment licenses revoked! i tried calling back asking for the name of the business and the woman kept hanging up on me read more
