This past weekend I attended a private party at this swim club. It was my first time there, I thought the adult pool was beautiful, clean and not overly crowded. I was there with a group of about 23 females, enjoying ourselves. The staff at the club greeted us and helped us find seating that would be fitting for our large group. The staff also was able to bring us umbrellas for our tables and suggested we use chairs there were not being used by others. Four hours into our private party a member, marched toward us, removed our personal belongings from a chair, she identified as her private chair but was not made clear to visitors. Very rudely said a few things that were disturbing. My group did not back down and defended the fact that the chair was not identified as private property. The conversation got heated; however, the staff acted quickly so the situation wouldn't escalate any further. They excused her actions and words and assured us that they will conversate with the member and this won't happen again. I applaud their fast action and courtesy with us as non-members. Covid related** visitors were maintaining social distancing between groups and in the water. You were allowed to not wear a mask when around your group of visitors, but required to wear one when in a common space, such as the bathroom or food court. read more

I had an awesome time here. I was here as a guest and everyone was so professional and so polite. Except for one woman. Masks are required when entering the food and bathroom area. Those rules were adhered to on my part and the rest of the group I was with. We social distanced our best while in the pool too! I'd love to go again. My thing is, if you're concerned about the pandemic where's your mask and why are you even there anyway? Other than that it was such a great time! read more
