My son began struggling in 10th grade while attending a local public high school. I can't begin to tell you how many meetings we had with teachers, counselors, deans, principals, IEP and district representatives. Since he wasn't a discipline problem they kept passing him on. I soon learned my son was an experiment for a floundering system. Following a terrible semester report card, we decided to search for a private school. I was surprised to find Pensacola had so many choices. After visiting most of them, I concluded these private schools were all a one-size fits all style of student and curriculum all except for SoLA. On our second visit to SOLA, Mrs. Tarver "interviewed" my son to identify what was missing in his quest to become a lifelong learner. Finally a school administrator that was willing to get to the core of why he wasn't learning. The SoLA staff had truly taken an interest in my son reaching his full potential. SoLA taught him first; that he must want to learn. Once he learned this skill others followed, including; independent thinking, creativity, integrity and balance, he became happier and believed for the first time he could do this work. He became independent, self-motivated and the stress level in our home dropped significantly. Final thought: While our local schools are struggling to lift performance across the board, SoLA is doing this one student at a time. Teachers will always be underpaid - and underappreciated but the teachers at SoLA know they didn't choose to teach for these reasons. They chose education to change lives and the Pensacola School of Liberal Arts does this greater than anyone else... One student at a time. Today, the gentleman who was in charge of parking was very rude and disrespectful and very arrogant . He only gives you about a minute or two before you need to turn around the park lot or leave the parking lot. Even though I was waiting to pick up my sibling. I was not even holding up the parking lot since the people behind me were also waiting for their kids or siblings. And the other cars on the other pickup line could have gone before me to leave the parking lot. And when my sister was getting in my car, he was very rude. You guys need to find a better way to run the parking lot or at least give us like 5 to 10 minutes to wait for the kids who are being picked up in the parking lot . Cause it's very stressful being told to park or turn around and come back.

There was only one time where my exam was cancelled by them, but it was several weeks before the exam so I easily rescheduled it. I took the rescheduled exam at this location and had no issues. I highly recommend this testing facility for all PearsonVUE testing needs.

Bayshore Christian School in Fairhope provides a complete Classical Christian education for students living in Mobile and Baldwin Counties in Alabama. Their students excel far above standards in public schools. Students are educated by well trained and qualified caring teachers who first and foremost love God. The whole person is addressed and the curriculum is complete and supported. Graduates excel and are awarded more money in scholarships than students in public schools with 10 times the graduates! Students learn Latin beginning in 4th grade and Science and Math skills are taught well above public school standards. This school provides a wonderful environment for all children. There is no "dumbing down" as all have the potential to do well. Mrs. Karen was wonderful and loving. I loved Mrs. Angelique and thought her approach to requiring slightly more out of the children was age appropriate. My son loved all his teachers, including Mrs. Vice and Mrs. Napoli. Not to mention, all interim teachers he's had coming and going that step in to cover the evening shifts and unexpected teacher absences. I always recommend them. I have never seen any inappropriate behavior from any teacher. I cannot speak for others, only my experience. (My son has never said anything that made me concerned for any situation.) They have always had great communication with me as a parent as well. I also had two young female cousins that both had excellent experiences at this daycare. Get on that waiting list early. This daycare is worth the wait in my opinion.
