CoachNet contacted FELTS Towing & Repair. Mike M. arrived within the hour,towed us to Felts. On Monday, we were able to air freight a new part, it arrived on Tuesday. Felts custom made metal brackets for it, installed the new cooler, added 51/2 gallons of oil, tested the engine, and had us test drive her up to speeds. They had us on our way within 24 hours of receiving the new hydraulic cooler! We cannot praise enough the quality workmanship, knowledge and customer service we received from everyone at FELTS Towing,Truck Repair and Heavy Hauling! We saw semis, school buses, vans and a fire truck - they fix them all! Mike Marquardt, the tow truck operator knew how to air up our rig, drop the drive shaft etc. and did it all in the pouring rain along side I-65 with a smile. I didn't have the equipment to get the job done. Greenwood Service did! The vehicle also had a case of the creaks which I knew was a bushing, but I wasn't able to isolate the source. They found it was the right rear bushing that connects to the lower control arm. And the lower control arm and sway bar needed to be replaced. I partially expected something suspension related would need to be repaired. They got it done in short order and now I get to wrestle with my decision of having bought a Ford.
