Victoria is absolutely talented, super professionell, extremely concentrated, on point, friendly…read moreand she always makes sure I walk out with exactly what I asked for. She take the time to make sure I am completely satisfied each and every time I am there, from a hair cut to a complicated color, she always have THE answer. They are using paraben- free shampoos and styling products which I also would like to mention. Her whole staff is polite and professional. The cup of tea is always English and delicious. There is a dog in the saloon too - Her name is Coco and she is a british bulldog...always hungry, but very very charming! I would highly recommend Britishairways to anyone that need a new look, a new color or beauty advise !!! Keep up the great work!!

Ich werde in diesen Laden keinen Fuß mehr reinsetzen, beim ersten Besuch bin ich nach 30 min. Wartezeit gegangen, es wurde auch nicht auf eine lange Wartezeit hingewiesen. Bei meinem 2. Besuch bestand die Mitarbeiterin auf eine Haarwäsche, da meine Haare nicht frisch gewaschen waren (15:30 Uhr Kieler Hauptbahnhof), dass wäre ansich ja kein Problem, aber für 2 Minuten Haarewaschen und kurz mit einem Handtuch abtrocknen 6,50 EUR extra zu verlangen, obwohl man am Empfang mitteilte man wolle keine Haarwäsche und auf den Preis fürs Waschen nicht hingewiesen wurde, ist eine Frechheit. read more

Gut und günstig Ich brauche zwar nur alle 2 Monate einen Herren-Kurzhaarschnitt, aber den bekomme ich hier schnell und günstig. Ohne Anmeldung mit wenig Wartezeit drin, dran, draußen! Bisher war das Ergebnis immer super. read more
