When they handed her back to me, her fur was literally shaved down to the skin--and, as I immediately noticed, her nails hadn't been painted. I pointed this out to them, so they took her back inside to paint them; however, they did a truly terrible job. At home, I checked her over and found that her ears and teeth were still dirty, so I ended up having to clean them myself. I will not be returning to this place, and personally, I do not recommend it.

She kicked me out after an hour of waiting because I said "what more kind of bullshit there is" (because in past 2 months we can't get our dogs to Hawaii) and she got offended by me using that word. There is always something pops out that needs to be done to be able to fly to Hawaii, it's so frustrating. She yelled that I am fired (was I hired though?) and literally put all my effort to get my dogs with me to Hawaii down to drain. I do not appreciate the attitude she gave me. She can yell on her children or her relatives all she wants, but as a customer service rep she does a terrible job of keeping her anger in check. It was the worst experience I have ever had. She just left us in the back of clinic and was loudly telling it to her co-workers behind the door while I was trying to find my way out.
