On our first visit, we shared the cecina -- it was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. On our second visit, we split the arrachera, which was just as tasty. To drink, we both had Caipirinhas -- expertly made and refreshing. The views from the terraza are incredible! You can sit at the front overlooking the Plaza de Armas, or choose a table on the side with a beautiful view of the cathedral. This restaurant is a must-try if you're visiting the city.

Mole is a complex and difficult to make sauce from the state of Puebla. My enchiladas were fantastic. I grew up here in Cuernavaca, and after living in the US for 16 years, this is one of the places I visit every time I am in town. This restaurant is also known as Los Colorines, and is a new location for the original in Tepoztlan and the newer one on Av. Zapata.
