Finally we have a place that is more than worth traveling to - Asia Prinz. These guys don't just work here, they live sushi. It's fresh and delicious. They know what they're talking about and the space is finally worth stepping into rather than just fast fooding and out. Unfortunately the service needs improvement. All though they're trying hard the staff is not educated to see the details such as serving napkins or placing the plate straight in front of the guest instead of letting the guest finish their job arranging thing. Using SUM/PayLeven or PayEver to offer alternative payment methods like EC or credit cards would offer higher value to customers as well. Room for improvement.

I even requested them to make it extra hot (sehr scharf) when I ordered it, but there was still not a tiny bit of heat lol. I also had the spring rolls, which were nice and crispy. They also have quite a sushi selection. The menu is pretty extensive, so there is some hung for everyone.
