Yesterday, I called to see if he had any cancellations, and his secretary told me to come in early like around 9:30am, and so I did. I was missing two pieces of paperwork so he can do my taxes. So I left some paperwork behind, and told him I would come back right away. When I got back, he was busy, and so I understood, but his secretary took me in anyways. As she took down the rest of my information, he started yelling at her, mistreating her in an unprofessional manner. He said I should've had an appt, which I did, and started talking about me under his breath as if I were not here. Even his secretary felt bad for me. He continued to mistreat his secretary in front of me, that she even gave me a feel bad stare. So it was obvious that he did not want my business. So I took my paperwork and left elsewhere. Way to go Mr. ACCOUNTANT.. You must hate your job. I dont know what made you talk to me like that, but I'm a decent person and the reason I didn't answer you is because I do respect my Elders. I will continue to look for someone that does want my business. This is by far, the worst referral I've ever had. For future references, treat your new clients with respect.. You never know how loyal they can actually be. I strongly don't recommend this accountant at all.
