Their sushi bar is really small so I've never actually tried it, but I'd be willing to give it a shot. I enjoy their wonton soup, chow mein, and pineapple chicken. They offer a variety of chop suey dishes and all the fun appetizers like spring rolls, wontons, and pot stickers. They also serve beer, wine by the glass, and the usual bar drinks such as pisco sour, piscola and mojitos. The restaurant is huge with lots of places to sit, or order to go and enjoy it in the comfort of your place. The food has been altered to suit the Chilean palate. I ordered carne dragon, mongolian beef, and a soup. Sorry but I forgot the name. The soup was good, a mix of eggs, chicken, scallion, and rice noodle. The beef dishes not so much. Both tasted like lightly seasoned beef dishes simply boiled in their own broth. The food is decent and Guang Yen has some good vegetarian options such as the veggie "chaumen". The best part about their service is definitely the fast delivery they offer. The ambiance is very relaxed, the service is good and the food is fresh. They also have some awesome "colaciones" that are very affordable and great for lunch if you work close by! I recommend to get the food to go or for delivery as the restaurant isn't the most romantic place to eat (kind of dark and a bit dingy). The inside is very small, casual and cute. Funny enough I ordered the Chow Mein noodles which look just like the noodles you would get in a cup of soup or top rawmin. They have dark beer too which is my favorite in the winter time. They accept credit cards and are located right in front of Santa Lucia hill on Jose Miguel de la Barra. Bonus: On a Sunday night they are open late too which is good to have as an option as almost everything is either closed or closes early on Sundays.
