I called and was directed to respond to a soon to arrive text with a picture of the toe. I did and received confirmation that it was received. At noon, no response so I called and left a concerned voicemail. Nothing. I called again at 4 and was told everyman had left. I was told i could go to an Urgent Care clinic for care. Had a staff member get angry with me when I voiced my displeasure with the wait. She didn't check me in but instead left the room, slamming the door behind her. I could hear her talking about me through the door. At one point when the doctor needed a supply she opened the door and through it onto the counter so she wouldn't have to come in my room. Very unprofessional support staff. Need better customer service skills. Dr Hinze herself does a great job and is very knowledgeable and informative. Seems like they need to schedule patients further apart. Plan to wait awhile.

I have been having ongoing pain in my foot/ankle for months and had already been to see my primary care physician with no relief for my issue. I found this place through my insurance website and made an appointment in mid-December 2025 in the hopes that seeing a specialist would help me. From the moment I entered the exam room, things didn't go well. The nurse was snippy with me because I did not want to have radiographs taken. My primary care physician had already done that, and they showed that nothing was broken. If viewing the radiographs was necessary for the doctor, I felt the person with whom I made the appointment should have made sure to ask me to have them sent over ahead of time, and I told the nurse that. The nurse told me that they normally don't ask you to send them over because "the doctor likes to take his own." Ok... except I wasn't paying for something for the second time when I knew it wasn't going to show anything anyway, so I refused, and the nurse was visibly irritated with me. I then saw Dr. Buddecke. After speaking with me for a couple minutes, he declared I had plantar fasciitis, because it is evidently very common and "everybody gets that." He did no exam, relied on no medical testing or imaging, and did not even watch me walk or stand. His solution was that I needed to ice it, which I had already been doing for weeks, all while the pain worsened. When I gave him a skeptical look, he snapped. He questioned me what would I prescribe? was I a doctor? because he'd been a doctor for twenty plus years, so of course he knew everything about everything. By the time he was done, he was pretty much yelling at me as I sat in stunned silence. It was extremely unprofessional behavior. It's also ironic how his twenty plus years of experience gave me the same generalized solution as a five second google search on pain relief methods. The nurse then came back in and attempted to sell me $50 shoe insoles because evidently better arch support would be the answer to all my problems. They couldn't possibly know anything about the shape of my feet or arches since they never examined me but ok... These were foam, one-size-fits-all/trim-to-fit insoles like any found in a drugstore, only four times more expensive. I asked what made them different from cheaper insoles, and the nurse couldn't/wouldn't answer that question, so I chose not to buy them. The nurse then wrapped the arch of my foot in an ACE bandage and left the exam room. No have a nice day, happy holidays, call us back if the pain persists, nothing, just more rude behavior. I made my own way out of the office, no closer to a cure or solution than when I had arrived. I ended up getting billed $89 for "surgical outpatient services - strapping of foot or ankle" for the ACE bandage the nurse wrapped around my foot. In total, I ended up paying well over $100 (even after insurance) to be yelled at and for an ACE bandage. I have since returned to my primary care physician, who ordered an MRI of my foot/ankle and sent me to a different orthopedist. It turns out I tore a tendon and a ligament in my ankle but did absolutely nothing to my plantar fascia. No amount of ice and arch support was going to fix this. If you actually have plantar fasciitis and don't mind being treated rudely and overpaying, maybe this place would be able to help you. Otherwise, stay far away.

He has treated me like a family member and continues to be one of the top doctors on "my team". I am not a diabetic but I have severe neuropathy which requires constant monitoring and he has been there the whole time. He goes above and beyond. His office is small but absolutely worth the wait. You see the Doctor, no PA's or NP's. He takes the time to listen to you and all your issues. He is an excellent surgeon, but makes sure you need an operation before he cuts. One of my stories is that I was not going to be admitted to the hospital because the admitting doctor thought I just had a respiratory issue. My daughter called Dr. DiNucci to tell him I wouldn't be at my appointment and the reason. He came to the hospital and explained to the emergency room doctor that he was my doctor and I needed to be admitted because something wasn't right. As it turned out I had MRSA and it had went systemic. The infectious disease doctor told me that if I had not been admitted, I would have probably died that night. Dr. DiNucci saved my life! Cost can be up there without insurance so definitely seek a referral before scheduling an appointment - his staff is great about working with your insurance as well.

They took my insurance info several weeks prior to my sons appt, took a copy of it at the front desk when we got there and STILL I got told AFTER our visit that our insurance isn't in network with her and they sent us a $400 bill. Then they acted like they were doing me a favor by taking 20% off and wouldn't even consider meeting me half way. B. After a few tests & examination the doctor told us that our 6 year old needed surgery. We got a second opinion and was told that diagnosis was BLATANTLY wrong and that surgery would actually really distort our child's development. C. The nurses acted like they had no idea what to do with a child patient. Blood pressure cuffs only for adults, etc. If they are not set up to be able to offer a professional visit with child patients then that information needs to be expressed BEFORE the appt. I highly recommend you find another establishment to get your podiatry problems taken care of.

My goal was to gain clarity on my condition, as I previously felt I was not receiving clear answers--only recommendations for procedures--despite the impact this injury has on my ability to perform my job. The check-in process was efficient and professional. After being called back, I was weighed and taken to an evaluation room. Approximately ten minutes later, a nurse practitioner entered. She was friendly and took the time to ask detailed questions about the incident. She conducted an evaluation and asked whether my original provider had performed an X-ray of my hand or only a visual assessment. When I explained that only a visual evaluation had been done, she expressed concern that imaging had not been completed. She also stated that, based on her review of my chart, I did not have carpal tunnel syndrome but instead may have a rheumatoid autoimmune condition. This was new information to me and had not previously been communicated by my original specialist. I did note that my primary care provider at Methodist Hospital had once mentioned the possibility of an autoimmune issue but had not confirmed a diagnosis. The nurse practitioner indicated she would step out to conduct further research and return with additional information. Approximately fifteen minutes later, Dr. Jeffrey Tiedeman entered the room. He asked questions that I had already addressed and referenced my visit to the emergency room due to loss of feeling in my right hand. At that point, the experience shifted. He examined my hands and stated that an X-ray was needed to confirm a carpal tunnel diagnosis. I asked whether this could be performed during my visit, and he instructed me to follow up with my current provider instead. I explained that my current provider had not recommended or ordered an X-ray. I asked again for assistance, and my request was declined. It became clear to me that my concerns were not being fully addressed, and I did not feel supported in obtaining answers about my condition. Both the doctor and nurse practitioner then left the room without explanation and did not return. I waited approximately fifteen minutes before realizing the visit had concluded without closure, guidance, or next steps. This experience was disappointing, as I sought a second opinion to better understand my condition and receive appropriate direction for treatment. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through did not meet those expectations.

On hold for almost 10 minutes without anyone picking up. Ok, they had just opened and were maybe getting lots of calls. Tried calling about an hour and a half later, got a message that someone would pick up in approximately 16 minutes. Never did. When you call there are lots of options. I chose 2 which was to make an appointment or talk to the receptionist. Then I had to chose 1 if it was regarding an appointment already scheduled or 2 if it was for a new patient. No option to select make an appointment for an established patient. Selected 1, no one picked up, disconnected me after about 8 minutes. Then I tried 2, even though my aunt is not a new patient. On hold for over 10 minutes, then someone finally picked up only to tell me I called the wrong line, which I get because I was just trying to get a hold of anyone. Sounded like he was in a call center in another country, had a hard time understanding what he was telling me. Put me on hold to try and connect me to the correct line. He couldn't get a hold of anyone either, so told me he left my number for someone to call me back. No call back after waiting 3 hours, so I tried calling again. Of course I couldn't get through, so I left a message with my phone number. I've just never had this much trouble getting a hold of a doctor's office when originally trying to call first thing in the morning. It's now almost 4:30 and they'll be closing soon. There may be great doctors, but if you can't get ahold of anyone to make an appointment what's the point. I was being persistent because an ER doctor said to get my aunt in as soon as possible.

my boyfriend went in for his nail, it was slammed at his job and grew back bad so we went in for an…read morein grown toenail removal. the receptionist are not welcoming or friendly but Nayadora and Dr Summi we're amazing. they explained the whole process and made us laugh and feel very comfortable. they answered all of our questions even if they were silly. they are the best care you can get for something that can be a bit scary. amazing care and they keep everything clean just wish the reception matched the rest of the place.
