Was referred to Dr Przystawski from another podiatrist for custom orthotic. Made an appointment and aware insurance wouldn't pay adult custom orthotics . It was never written or explained that every visit would be a charge to the insurance company, and I was responsible for the deductible. Was billed for initial consultation and pick up. Even charged an office visit to insert a Temporary arch. There is no expectation of resolution. My motivation is for others to be aware, the cost is an expensive orthotic plus unexpected office visit bills. read more

Yes people this is your podiatrist! What's the main reason people attempt to take care of their own ingrown toenails....fear of painful shots or just pain period. Dr P is kind, caring and has an excellent bedside manner. While he was giving me shots and working on my toes we were joking and laughing. Seriously, no pain whatsoever. I'm the biggest baby with anxiety that's through the roof. He and his staff are the best. I will recommend him every single time I hear of someone looking for a podiatrist 2 thumbs up read more

The receptionist got me in within a couple days, which was a blessing. It was easy to find, close to Walmart, on the same side of the road, near the car wash by Walmart. The signage was easy to see, and it's a one level brick. Parking was plenty and easy, which is nice, considering some patients may have difficulty walking, or may be coming in with potential breaks, fractures, or sprains. There's plenty of handicap parking, as well. The staff is great, very nice, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. The office was clean, and smelled great, like a clean/sanitized medical facility should. My doctor was wonderful, Dr. Seyal. She was friendly, very attentive, thorough, answered my questions, addressed all concerns, and had perfect bedside manner. Her nurse was sweet as pie, a treasure of a soul in a medical practice. I can't say enough good about this office. I wish all doctors and medical facilities were as attentive, compassionate, thorough, and helpful as this great group was with me. Highly recommend!

My experience at Spring Family Dental was extremely disappointing…read more The office struggles to keep dental assistants, and that creates larger issues throughout the practice. Many responsibilities are not consistently completed because temporary assistants can only do so much while actively caring for patients. Office management is not stepping in to cover those responsibilities, and the doctors are focused on treating patients. not only that but I have yet to get my last check with no communication from HR or the office. One of the most concerning things I observed was the sterilization logs. According to the records I reviewed while working there, instrument sterilization and maintenance procedures had not been properly completed for approximately two months. That is unacceptable in any dental office. What frustrated me most was the double standard. Office management was frequently late and missed numerous days, yet remained employed without consequences. Meanwhile, dental assistants who were only a few minutes late even after regularly arriving early and working hard for the office faced disciplinary action or termination. There is nothing wrong with having rules, structure, and accountability. Every workplace should have them. The problem is when those standards only apply to certain employees. When management is held to one standard and everyone else is held to another, it stops feeling like a professional workplace. Between the staffing issues, payment problems, lack of accountability, and overall management, this office felt more like a circus than a professional business. That is all I have to say.

He cares so much that he gives his personal number to patients when the office is closed and over holidays, in case of dental emergencies. His office staff are also gems. I've known them for years, but they take such effort to learn new patients' names and are truly interested in your needs. They all work very hard to accommodate patients especially when you are in pain or have an emergency situation. Dentistry can be painful and it can often be expensive which is why I value my doctor and his staff. They soften both blows with their helpfulness and warmth. I'll be very sad the day that Dr. Nunnally decides to retire.
