Everyone wants to get that commission. I get it. The store had a lot of customers, but it wasn't hard to maneuver around the store. I found a lot of cute items but settled on a small purse. I spent about $100 for it which I later regretted. After we got back home, I ended up ordering a bookbag online from Coach. I got tired of the "ship and return" even though zappos is great to buy from and I never had an issue other than the same size and width varied from one shoe brand to the next. Going to SAS after a few years since my last trip was worth the drive. The neat thing I found was that they have added so many new styles and because each shoe has adjustable straps, the width is never a problem. SAS isn't cheap, but the shoes that I have bought have lasted year after year. In the long run, they really are, for me, the better deal.

I came in the morning and was greeted by a most welcome employee, he helped me find a lot of nice things in my size that I honestly couldn't find anywhere else. It's hard being a big guy and he told me that knew how I felt. He even gave me a little store tour while we were talking about new outfits I could put together. I've never been in a Big and Tall store before but this employee made me feel at home, never had such great customer service. This store is a must, and I will definitely be back for more visits.
