This practice has been nothing but a money grab since the moment we set foot in the office. They are measuring you for orthotics before you even have a seat in the examination room. Every single member of the staff is abrupt and aggressively pushing something. We were waiting on our insurance to decide if we were going to order the orthotics and they were NOT happy we were waiting. I would avoid this practice at all costs. I'll never be sure if my son really needs the orthotics until I get a second opinion. read more

I have been going to doctor saponara for 3 years, during that 3 years my nail fungus spread from two toes to 7 toes because of the low quality medicine he prescribed. He has a nice bedside manner but his practices are straight from the 50s including his equipment. My reason for complaint is upon missing an appointment during this time of a pandemic where my healthcare worker had quit and I have no way to get to my appointments I was unable to make my appointment therefore they asked me not to come back. The Foot Specialists and Dr. Naas were incredibly helpful! I was having pain in my toe and they were very comprehensive and gave me a full exam plus Xrays just to be safe. Not recommended. I've had two appointments here, waited 45 minutes for my first appointment and an hour thirty for the second. There's no reason for a podiatrist to be this backed up, they don't have to triage cases the way other physicians do. The office staff was rather pushy about paying a $200 deposit for my orthotics, which is unnecessary as my insurance paid in full. I waited 3 months for the orthotics as they would not order them until my insurance paid, and another 6 weeks to get an appointment. That's about four months to get orthotics, which is absurd. Dr. Sapanaro was very nice. read more
