She was charged twice and was promised it would get take care of and it never did. When the timer went off and she left the room, I looked at my phone. She cheated me out of over 15 min of my 60 min massage. That is literally 1/4 of my massage. I wont be returning. Feeling cheated out of the mother's day massage my kids payed for. I don't get to do this very often and this was disappointing. Then.. to make matters worse, they marked me a "no show" through the on line reservations. Paid $110 + $20 tip (becasue you pay First then they screw you) for a 45 min okay massage! All I can say is that she is a master of pressure points, and really got in there and loosened up the stress and energy and pain centers. Talking to her afterward, it's clear she's passionate about her profession, knows a lot about muscles and whatnot, and was able to give me a full and accurate report on the poz and negs of my body's current condition. During my 90 minute deep tissue massage, she also used hot towels and warm bamboo which really helped loosen my tight muscles. I absolutely loved my massage with Rebecca.
