After reading through the reviews, it's obvious that Lids has a low standard when it comes to its employees, as several people have complained about 'the guy with dreads.' I even reached out to customer service, waited over 20 minutes on hold, only to receive empty promises of follow-up regarding this awful experience. If this is the level of service Lids condones from its staff, they won't see another dollar from me and I highly recommend to everyone else to do the same .
