The treatment was a lot more relaxing that I thought it would be because after the exfoliation, I was treated to a face mask and left alone. However, each time I went, I was treated by the same therapist and she never seemed to remember me. I went once a month so surely you couldn't forget a person! She would ask me the same questions on what my beauty regime is and what products I use, and then promote those that are sold at the salon. The treatment was so-so. I didn't get the desired effects but I'm not sure whether it's because I overestimated the outcome after three treatments. The location is somewhat dubious because you don't really want to walk through shopping areas when your face looks greasy and pink after microdermabrasion!

She knew that I wanted to get many treatments done and therefore came in 2 hours earlier than her usual shift time. We started off with the waxing. Farzana used tea tree wax and was as gentle as can be. She kindly asked if I felt that any areas had been missed. Many beauticians don't ask this and some don't like it when I point out the missed patches to them! We took a half an hour break and the commenced with the nails. I got to sit in the lovely massaging chair! She had a wide range of colours. I went for 'rubble' on the hands and 'tinted love' on the feet. Finished with a lovely foot massage. Thank you Farzana.

I think it would have been more helpful to have been treated by one consultant consistently so that they would be familiar to me and the area I was getting treated. They sell Jane Iredale make-up, which is fantastic for your skin. It's mineral-based so does good to your skin whilst making you look good! However, when I brought a friend in to sample it she was told that they don't try it out on people, which defeats the purpose of trying to sell it.

However, on the day I was not only made to wait almost 20 minutes for my appointment but I was met by a cold consultant who was quite rude. I was then told the deposit was non-refundable and when I contested this with what I was told over the telephone, I was told that no receptionist would say such a thing. So it was my word against theirs. I was not impressed with the service at all and unsurprisingly I never returned.

Apparently, any adjustments are charged at £5 per unit estimate approx 20 to 25£ if it was needed Her prices are pretty much what I've paid before which is reasonable, especially as allergan offered her job to train other Dr and nurses and dentist to administer the Botox and dermal fillers but she loves the job so much she declined.
