She hopes to go to art college as art is her passion. Her father is a fine artist and graphic designer so it runs in the family. I called the man that owns this studio and told him my 13 yr old was interested in a class and he said he worked with teens. My daughter has mild autism. She loved her first class and created a wonderful pencil drawing that looked similiar to the instructor's drawing. I brought her back the following week. The owner asked me to have my daughter wait in the car. He brought me inside and told me he would no longer see her as she has special needs. He discriminates against those with special needs and will not teach them. I hope that if you choose to go to an art class you do not choose to go here. He teaches hate. We certainly don't need more of that in this world. Many of our greatest artists have special needs. Thankfully teachers didn't turn their backs on them.

They also have art shows where turn the place into a gallery where various class work can be viewed by public. Tom is very involved and he is good with kids. He is very relaxed and easy going. Their teaching technique is such that every painting a student does has only been touched by the student. The instructors show the technique on a small scale and the student applies it on a larger scale. At the end the painting is completed %100 by the student. I am very happy with this place as a parent. Give them a try.

They teach you how to use all mediums like watercolor, acrylics, oils, etc. They have many classes from beginners to advance. I took the Adult classes, which was only available on Monday mornings, but they might have additional classes now. Most of the afternoon classes are for kids. Seems like they are having a great time and gives them an avenue to express their artsy side.
