I wonderful group of doctors! I saw most of them during my pregnancy and had nothing but great experiences with each of them. In my opinion, they always seem to put their patients first. I had a bad experience in the past with a male ob/gyn who I later found out was pushing exams, medications and even surgeries that weren't necessary. He eventually lost his medical for inappropriate behavior with a patient; luckily I don't have to worry about that with the doctors at For Women. Nurse Kelly- Not loving her job clearly. Great doctors but front office- not so much

I was referred to Dr.Kessler from a good friend. I really thought she was going to be a great doctor and I found a doctors office that would be a good fit. The first visit or two were alright, but then they basically ghost you. I've written to them through patient portal since March of last year... multiple times. It's been a year now ?! No reasoned. No email. No call back or anything. Plus When I went to give a iron sample for a test being done (at the beginning of my transition of being a new patient) and placed my sample in the door in the wall, it was FILLED with about 3-4 other people's piss samples as well... read more

Phenomenal care and service. I've been going to For Women for close to a decade. I've seen Drs. Rinala, Parobeck, and Mucenski. I recommend them to everyone. They've been wonderful and care has been seamless regardless of what insurance I'm covered by at the time. My only complaint is that you now have to go through TriHealth to schedule appointments. You used to go directly through For Women before they were bought out. I had a mishap with scheduling a couple of weeks ago (for some reason TriHealth doesn't email or text to verify your appointment once it has been scheduled). I showed up a day early, but the receptionists were wonderfully accomodating and Dr. Rinala was able to squeeze me in. 10/10. I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

I recently called to make an appointment as a new patient, and the receptionist was so incredibly rude that I'm turned off from ever stepping foot in their office. I have multiple friends who swear by the doctors at this practice, but unfortunately I'll never know because of my one and only experience with calling. For such a reputable business, they should consider hiring receptionists who are better at customer service, especially when dealing with hormonal women. Since my experience I'd told a few people who have said "Yeah they're always rude when you call." That can't be good for business. read more

I have the same disclaimer for writing this review as Kara C.! You boys out there have it easy... let me tell you! Anyway, unfortunately I have very few positive things to say about Form Women, Inc. Firstly, I've only ever regularly visited to two other ob/gyn's in my life: one in Boston and one while living in San Francisco. Going to the gyno is anything but a fun experience, so it's not the services themselves that I have a problem with at For Women. Nevertheless, this place falls short and I'm desperate to find somewhere else to visit for my next annual check-up. The doctor I saw (Kessler) was funny, kind, and attentive - things you hope to get from someone poking at your nether-regions! Making an appointment was easy, and the office was simple to find (and within walking distance of my apartment in Clifton). What I don't appreciate is the nurse staff. About 6 months ago I had an issue that I really wanted to see my gyno about. I called to set up an appointment for some blood work and I was told by the nurse (who shall remain nameless) that they don't do blood work and to just calm down and things will sort themselves out. Excuse me??? Luckily things did sort out just fine, but it would've been much easier on my mind to have seen my doctor. Now, very recently I'm having another issue about which I'd really, really like to see my doctor. The nurse who answered the phone told me to "wait it out" and call back in a week. I feel like the nurses at For Women have absolutely no concern for their patients worries. I want to see my doctor, I should be able to see them. I want some blood work done... instead of being told to "calm down" or "wait it out" I should be given some kind words and offered alternative options. Maybe recommend a blood center or clinic that can do the test. Maybe recommend another doctor. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

Disclaimer: I feel really awkward writing a review for an OB/GYN. However, I feel that it's necessary that other women know about the great experiences I've had at For Women Inc. As is true with every woman I know, I hate hate hate going to the gynecologist. Even a yearly exam has the potential to be invasive, painful, and awkward. Personally I don't feel comfortable with a male OB/GYN, making For Women Inc the perfect choice for me. Their staff is exclusively female which results in a more comfortable experience for me. It's comforting to me to know that, no matter what, I will have a female doctor. The front desk staff members are also very friendly and make scheduling convenient. I appreciate that they call to remind me when I am due for a check-up. If you don't call back, they'll call again. Being a scatterbrain, I appreciate that. Dr. Rinala is who I have always gone to since I started attending this practice. She is great! She remembers details about my life and makes sure to ask for updates on grad school, work, etc. It is apparent that Dr. Rinala genuinely cares about her patients and wants the experience to be positive. I would highly recommend For Women Inc, particularly Dr. Rinala. I know going to the OB/GYN sucks, but they make it tolerable (which is as good as it gets in their line of work). read more

Yeah, so, we can pretty much all agree that it is weird to post a review for the girlie doctor right out online where everyone can see it. But you've got to know how great Dr. Wurzbacher is. Honestly, this review is primarily about her- because she is a seriously fantastic doctor. I don't have a whole lot to say about the rest of the practice, because I have never dealt with any of them. The practice also has a location on Glendale Milford Road, but I primarily go to this location here in Clifton, near the Good Samaritan Hospital. It's actually located right there in the "MOB." (medical office building, ahh, acronyms.) So, Dr. Wurzbacher is thorough, asks all the right questions and encourages discussion about health issues you might have concerns with. She also advocates healthy behaviors and makes it easier and far less uncomfortable to follow through on things like getting an STD test, just to check up on your general health. (It's important, don't act like I'm weird because I did this as part of a yearly exam!) She puts you at ease- and makes a really awkward situation a little more bearable. The first time I ever met her, I was nervous (okay, this lady is going to see me naked, pretty much) and she immediately made me laugh. She came breezing in the room and asked "Didn't you bring me any coffee?" When I told her no, she responded "That's okay, I didn't bring you any either." If laughter is the best medicine, I knew right away, I'd found the right doctor. Ever since then, I have come to depend on the quality medical care I get here. read more

I'm a big fan of For Women, still going to their Clifton location after moving to the other side of town. During my pregnancy, I found most of these doctors to be extremely competent, always taking the time to answer my multiple questions and never making me feel rushed. Out of all the doctors, I particularly like Dr. Clark as she's extremely professional, knowledgeable and seems to always offer very straight-forward medical advice. Dr. LeMasters delivered me, and that by far was one of the most amazing experiences of my life - she fully respected my wishes and did everything she could to make sure the birth went as I had hoped it would. This was my second, so I have a benchmark for comparison. Like everyone, I hate going to the OB, but you may as well make it as an enjoyable as experience as possible. If you don't like a particular doctor, you can find another one within this practice that will likely better suit you preferences. read more

I've been going to For Women since I was pregnant with my first daughter. I don't need great bedside manner, I need to make sure that my baby and health are always top priority. They answer any and all questions. They always cared about the "better safe" mentality when we had a concern. I'm going to them for my second pregnancy. I've rotated through all the OBs that deliver and each have their own personalities but are all great at their jobs. I had a very smooth delivery and no complaints with Dr. Clark. read more

It seems a bit odd to review a gynecologist/obstetrician's office. However, I have had such a great experience each time I've gone that I think it's worth reviewing. Thus far I have seen Dr. Rinala who I really like. She is easy talk to, answers all my questions and helps me understand things. I find it easy to make an appointment each time I call in and the office staff is also helpful and kind. When I had an ultrasound, the office staff actually waited for a few minutes for my husband to arrive without me even asking. It most likely put them somewhat behind but they were so concerned that he be there, that they were willing to wait. That was truly going above and beyond in my opinion. The office in Clifton, next to Good Sam is easy to reach, has free parking below the office building, both of which are a huge plus and big worry off my mind each time I go. I like knowing that actually getting there and parking will be easy, especially if I'm running late. I found For Women Inc. based on other Yelp reviews and I hope others will also find them as great as I do. read more

I recently switched from Group Health Associates to For Women for Obstetrics! I have had a terrible experience thus far. Everytime I call to make an appointment or to leave a message for my doctor, the nurses or personnel are always extremely rude. This has happened on every occasion that I have called. The personnel lack empathy and compassion and act as if you are bothering them. I currently see Dr. Lemasters and she is awesome! But overall, I have not been happy with how ive been treated by other personnel. However, I will never utilize For Women in the future for OB care and will not refer anyone I know. I never had this problem at Group Health Associates as the staff are always kind, concerned, and empathetic. Beware if you are deciding to choose For Women. If you value customer service, this is not the place for you. read more

I would highly recommend Dr Rinala (and have to many friends). She is a wonderful, kind and compassionate doctor. She is patient, answers any/all questions you have, takes interest in you as a person and truly cares. I cannot say enough great things about her. read more

I've been going here for 20 years. I trust them. They have handled all three of my successful pregnancies and managed a high risk pregnancy. The staff has changed and I don't have a response for the personalities there currently. One of the nurses I've had the last few years smells of smoke constantly. My "baby" is 12 so I'm there for check ups only but if I were pregnant I would have vomited on her, it's that bad. Some of the dr's have better personalities than others but I wasn't looking for a friend just good physicians. The dr's are top notch at what they do but I find the vast majority of dr's to be lacking in the personality department. Everybody isn't funny; everybody isn't smart; everybody isn't sensitive...just the way it is. read more

I have been a patient of Dr Lemasters for 25 years. I highly recommend this practice. Very personable and excellent care.

I also had an appointment with Dr. Rinala and she is fabuluous. I have had to call the nurses on several occasions also. They also called me back the same day and were patient and understanding of my concerns. They never told me to "wait it out." I have also had to get blood work done and they made it clear that this was important and had me go to Quest Diagnostics b/c they do not do the blood work at the office. I have gone to another OBGYN in the city and had a much worse experience and left with the feeling that they thought i was overly concerned when I clearly did have issues going on. read more

I'm not reviewing the practice as a whole but rather Dr. Clark. She has a very cold bedside manner. I went because I was having some concerns with my birth control and wanted to talk about some other options. I was bleeding irregularly and Dr Clark asked me numerous times and IMPLIED that my finance was not being faithful to me and that I may have had an STI/STD. I felt pressured to take a test for Chlamydia test however I told her over and over that monogamy was not an issue. She seemed to want to convince me otherwise. The visit was so horrible that I have not returned to a gyno since in fear that it will be like my last visit. Reading other comments, I do see that other women had some concerns with Dr. Clark and while I'm very sorry they went through that, I'm relieved that I wasn't the only one. If you do decide to go here, just do not make an appt with Dr Clark. read more

If I could give zero stars I would give zero stars for this practice. I do not have enough time to begin to explain the gross incompetence at For Women. I have been to other OB/GYN's in other cities and having recently moved to Cincinnati I found this place. Let me start with the nurses and staff. Every single time I went in for an appointment they asked me if I was pregnant, after I already had an ultrasound confirming my pregnancy at their practice. Every time I went in for my appointment they had my information incorrect. It was like they had no records or any clue of who I was each time I went in for an appointment. The staff is not overly friendly and they got defensive when I told them they had my information incorrect. On a few occasions I had to call in to speak to a nurse and get some questions answered. Every time I called the nurse was rude, sounded annoyed that I would have a question to ask and provided little insight to my questions. As if that wasn't bad enough I had to wait 2.5 months for a test result that normally takes a week to get a result. When they called to give me my result the nurse could not explain the result, the delay or what any of it meant. Needless to say I have zero confidence in the staff and the doctors that I saw there did not inspire much confidence either. I saw three physicians at the practice and the worst of my three experiences was Dr. Clark. She was incredibly rude, condescending, arrogant and disinterested in my appointment. In addition to that I asked her several questions that she did not know the answer. This appointment put me over the top and I have switched to another practice where I am much happier. Having a baby is a stressful time and your OB/GYN is supposed to make you feel like they are here to help and give you confidence and support. I did not get that here and would never recommend this practice to anyone I cared about. read more

This is the deal. The doctors are great, especially Rinala! She was so attentive, funny and extremely thorough. However, calling to get any sort of appointment here is bananas. You better be prepared to be on hold for, forever. Also, the nurses, or receptionist or whomever answers the phone is very hit or miss. I have to say that the doctors are very nice(Dr. Rinala especially) however the office/nurse staff is very rude at the Clifton office. I found myself in an emergent situation and had to take the next available appointment, going from the Clifton office to the Glendale office. At the new office, they treated me like I had never been there before. I had to wait for an hour for the other office to "fax" my chart. Apparently they do not have computers???? I was in the process of losing a baby and had to wait in the lobby while other new mothers came in with their babies, it was to say the least horrible. To make it worse ,I was there before any of the other patients came in. I found going to such a large practice inconsistent, none of the doctors were on the same page. Dr. Kessler has been my obgyn for 10 years. She is the best! Makes you comfortable, and really easy to talk to

I have seen For Women for gynecological check ups and have been extremely impressed with both Dr. Kessler and Dr. Corwin's medical professionalism and their ability to make you feel extremely comfortable with any questions or concerns you may have. They have done an excellent job of working with me around my hectic work schedule which is greatly appreciated. I was recommended to For Women by a coworker and I have been singing their praises to my peers. read more

The doctors at For Women, Inc are fabulous. However, the nurses are extremely rude. I lost my baby and was given specific instructions by the doctor. I had to call and had to wait for the nurse to call me back. She went against the doctor's instruction and as I remained even toned, told her she needed to talk to my doctor before providing me her medical opinion ( as I had a special circumstance),she hung up on me. I was speechless, how unprofessional. i was then able to talk with the office manager who was very friendly. However, I have to say 9 out of 10 times I interacted with a rude nurse. I was sad as it was for loosing my baby but she took my experience to a new level, much much worse. read more

I would NOT recommend this practice to anyone. It's unfortunate because there is one doctor in the group who is phenomenal (Dr. Rinala), but the practice as a whole is awful. I've had numerous experiences that were unpleasant. One of the benefits to a group practice, is that you meet all of the doctors during your pregnancy and there is always a doc at the hospital or on-call. For my pregnancy, I was at the hospital for 6 hours before I finally saw a doc and majority of those 6 hours, I was being held off from delivery as we waited for a doctor to arrive. When I was admitted, the doc was at the hospital, she then left knowing I had been admitted and was close to being ready to "push". The nurses at Good Sam did a wonderful job delaying my delivering while we waited hours for Dr. Wurzbacher to finally arrive at 10:30am. The staff at Good Sam was clearly annoyed with the waiting. When I went back to For Women for my postpartum check-up, there had not been a report completed about the delivery - my file was empty. And finally, my sister just went through a similar experience, but unfortunately for her, the doctor never made it to the hospital and the resident on duty had to deliver her baby. She was at the hospital for 5.5 hours and never saw a doctor. Again, Dr. Horn was at the hospital when she was admitted and then left without every checking on her. The next doctor (LeMasters) didn't arrive until hours later and came to her room 18 minutes after her son was born and laughed that he just couldn't wait! My sisters delivery was traumatic and stressful - while they were trying to hold of the delivery for a doc to arrive, her son's heart rate dropped drastically and the resident made the decision to give an episiotomy and use the vaccuum forceps to get him out as quickly as possible. 7-8 people swarmed her room before delivery and they didn't say much. My sister cried in tears of fear during the entire labor, praying that her son would be okay. If you are pregnant or are planning to become pregnant at some point, I would find a different practice. A practice where the doctors will care about your health and your unborn babies health. Find a place where you aren't just "another" patient to them. And most importantly, find a practice where the doctors don't treat their job as "9 to 5" and just clock out when their shift ends. A doctor who actually cares about its patients, would not leave the hospital before another doctor arrives when they know a patient is preparing to deliver. You are entrusting yours and your babies well being with these doctors. Clearly, these doctors view their role as simply a job and don't genuinely care about you. If you want doctors who know what they're doing medically this is a great practice. If you also want a staff who cares about you and has great bedside manner look else where. I went to this practice throughout my first pregnancy and am with them now through my miscarriage and have been shocked by their behavior multiple times. Here are just a few examples of many: went in after a fall when pregnant and the doctor I saw acted like I was a complete idiot for being worried about a placenta rupture then walked out of the room while I was lying on the table with no pants and jelly on my stomach. I wasn't sure if my visit was over. Turns out it was. I went in after my birth about some healing issues and without even listening to me the doctor told me I had post partum depression and that causes you to have an altered view of your body. Um no. No depression here. It was very weird. During this pregnancy I was dealing with a possible miscarriage. I was calling about my results of a blood test and the nurse I spoke to was so hostile I almost asked her, why she was so angry. I hate confrontation and for it to get to that point was insane. Later when I spoke to the same nurse again, we were dealing with dissolving the not viable pregnancy and I wanted to do an ultrasound first even though I know there was a good chance we wouldn't see anything. This is an incredibly difficult thing to go through and this nurse fought me, made me feel like an idiot and topped it off by saying "well it's late on a Friday." We are talking about a baby here. It was out of control. I called and spoke to a doctor and the situation was resolved. I always felt like medically I was well taken care of. Tests were ordered, things were taken care of but the interactions leave much to be desired. If you want to be treated halfway like a human being see Clark, horn or Kessler. read more

I was a patient if this group for 16 years...always paid my bill, had insurance etc. Never any issues, Recently I had a very bad experience with my regular gyno and also the billing associate. I always thought my regular gyno (Clark) had a very cold bedside manner, but when I was there it was get me out of here asap for regular visits. When I actually had an issue..she came off cold and disinterested in my anguish and basically said to me, "better luck next time." I felt forced into a procedure that I didn't want to have (due to lack of other options) and then after being a patient for that long they were very nasty/predatory to me when I was trying to pay them off. Can't say I was ever going to go back anyways after I paid the last payment, but they also sent me a registered letter informing me after 16 years, they thought it would be better if I went somewhere else...can't say I have ever had a doctor or know anyone who has had that happen to them. Anyways, take it from a long time patient, go somewhere else that actually may value you as a person and patient. read more
