Here's a list of items that they sell: -Custom Swiss belt (average price 250-300CHF) -Cow Bells (range from 12.50 to Thousands of CHF) -Smoke Pipe -Tin Matchbook (15-18CHF) -Rings -Dog collars (45-55CHF) *this is most of the items that they sell, but not all. While I was waiting to pay, a couple of folks came in and picked up their custom Swiss belts. The order takes about 2 to 8 weeks to complete. You'll have to be a bit patient because this shop is tiny and it can get crowded quickly. I highly suggest enjoying your time looking around and taking your time because you can't rush in this store. Overall, a great traditional store that is less touristy than the rest. PS Open only on Thursday and Saturday and CASH ONLY!

The young very tall guy that took care of us was so nice , and so patient while my daughter and I chose the perfect cuckoo clock ! It was a wonderful experience ! We loved him !!! We had the clock delivered and upon delivery one of the chains Came loose .. we called and spoke to Christian the owner who was wonderful and so patient .. he walked my husband through each step and how to connect the chain back onto the wheel ! I love this store and I'm so glad that I returned 40 years later with my daughter ! If In Zurich this is the place to get all your souvenirs! Thank you so much for keeping my memory alive ! I was looking for a store that sold christmas themed items and traditional "smoke men" (or german incense smokers). My search ended when I came across their website (http://www.pegasus-zuerich.ch/). While most things are pretty pricey, you can't beat the quality and beauty of the gifts. If you're looking for something a bit different and less touristy to bring home to family and friends, this store is a must visit! I can't wait to go back again and see what treasures I can find.

Mine was missing one of the ponytail set and my receipt shows I paid for two. The sales rep only out one. Didn't think about checking it as you just want to get out coz it was too crowded. I found out that the same thing happened that day to one of my Tourmates. Unfortunately by the time we noticed it, we were in our coach to our next destination. Please check your bag after you pay to make sure you got everything you paid for.
