This business charged my elderly mother 163 dollars for 8 days of insurance coverage. When I ask the agent Ryan informed me that corporate sets refund rate yet when I spoke to corporate they said the agent did. Be warned this agent tried to tell my mother that 163 was correct and when I became involved he proceeded to inform me that he was working on it but corporate set rates, like I'm an elderly woman. STAY AWAY FROM RYAN COLLET AND STATE FARM. If you want a company who doesn't know anything he is your man. Corporate states the agent does refunds not corporate. Ya wonderful.
