This is INCHES of mud and leaves on my back porch and in and on my A/C unit. Forget that I'm a customer, who does this? What kind of hate do you have to have in your heart to leave something like this? Not trying to over blow this, it took me less than a minute to rake this into the grass, my A/C is working fine but this is a life changing event, questioning the faith of man. Make sure you call the contractor board to make sure thier licenses has not expired, and they are pulling the proper permits. This company will build projects they are not properly licensed to begin, much less complete. They just completed a roof on a church in Mountain Pine that far exceeded what their license allows. SMS Roofing's owner and manager approved the job, so they obviously do not care about local building codes. If that is not enough, the management decided not to pay their top sales rep a commission of $8000.00, I guess that integrity part in the bio must be a lie as well.

He laid out my options and cost. No pressure. I choose one. The price was very good. I knew it was a small job so it took a bit to get scheduled. Alex stayed with us to help expedite the scheduling. If you're considering entering a contract with Billy or Kathie Bunn, think about it a 1,000 times…read moreand "DON'T" do it. They charge very high price, but use very cheap materials and labor. We were living in a house next door to the house we were having built so they used our electricity and water, by running an industrial extension cord through our window. He never used more than three workers at a time. Typically only one spoke English. He had three men sand the walls of our 1600 sq ft house by manually using sandpaper. It was extremely hot and it wasn't until Billy Bunn himself got overheated and had to go home and soak in cold water that he placed a little tiny air conditioner in the window and connected it to our electricity via that same extension cord. He had been paid 90% of his cost, which was slightly above the appraisal price. He agreed to accept the last payment upon closing of the mortgage, but constantly demanded the last payment. The water and electricity was in me and my husband's name, but when we didn't personally pay him the last 30% on the contract, Billy Bunn personally turned off the water at the street, and shut off the electricity circuit box in the garage and locked the door. The sod he installed dried up and the floors have begun to buckle due to the heat. The Bunn's are now officially Federal Contractors. Do not use these people because they asked my husband and I to pickup materials for the cabinets and doors to the tune of $400+, but refuse to reimburse us. They promised us in Nov 2022 our house would be finished in 120 days, but it was not finished until September 2023. He demanded we sell, move or demolish the small house we were living in because our house was near completion. We did as he asked and moved into a hotel for 100 days. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN! Do yourself a favor, save money, get what you pay for and choose another builder!
