After a month I was willing to take another credit hit just to get a new agent for my re-finance this is when I called ahead to Jason Huynh's office and talked to Qui. She is very professional, kept very good and fast responsiveness and made me not hate State Farm again. Mr. Huynh please do something great for Qui she deserves recognition for her ability to turn a horrible experience into a least stressful one and I am grateful to her. She broke down the whole process for me as well as the fees as many times as I needed to understand. After speaking with him once, I began getting spam phone calls from various numbers claiming to just need one last piece of info to "secure my loan." That was in December 2024 and I'm still getting at least 10 of these phone calls a day. So not only is the "live check" a scam but they also sell your information. BEWARE!!! Once we connected with Kat Crowe, she was incredibly helpful, communicative, and professional. She walked us through the analysis of mileage per car, and also submitted our successful certificates of completion for the defensive driving course (It was about 5-6 hours long to take, but never can be too safe when it comes to brushing up on your understanding of traffic and driving safety). Our renewal will hit next week. With the market today, and the cost of insurance rising because of various reasons, we were still able to get to a result that we were satisfied with because of Kat. It's not like insurance is a very interesting thing to talk about, but when you need it, it's better to have it in excess versus leaving yourself exposed to possible personal costs against you for not having enough coverage. Many thanks to the Allstate- Devine Agency, but especially to Kat as I know they're super busy with absorbing another agency and she took the time to help me sort out the insurance since I handle it for our home since my parents are elderly and I try to help where I can.
